The accommodation was great - especially the owner Simone was super accommodating, friendly and welcomed us warmly and supported us during our stay. The view was gigantic and the apartment was also totally beautiful and modernly furnished and equipped. Absolute recommendation! Again and again!

This place is absolutely worth it. We immediately felt comfortable and visited the animals ( sheep, cows) on site daily and pampered with petting. Thanks to the Ulten Card, we were able to try new things free of charge daily ( e.g. mountain and downhill ride on the cable car to the swivel arm, climbing hall, ice rink). After 6 days, we are a little in love with this great area, the Ulten Valley with its very friendly inhabitants and the many opportunities to hike.

Excellent flat with unique design

The stay in the apartment was just great! Patrizia and Jonas are incredibly good hosts. From tips for the area and restaurants to the daily bread roll service or farm's own eggs - everything was perfect. We were even offered the use of the hosts' e-bikes. The apartment is on the upper floor of a very large house and you have privacy and complete tranquility. It is completely renovated, incredibly clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with various coffee machines, coffee and milk frother. The bed is so comfortable that we asked the hosts afterwards because we want to buy it for ourselves privately! The balcony is large and invites you to have breakfast with a view of the mountains. From here, we could easily reach Merano and various hiking areas. The hosts also run a great snack bar not far from the house. If we come back to South Tyrol, we will book here again 100%

We spent 5 nights in a beautiful apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. It was the best apartment we've ever stayed in. From the impeccable cleanliness, to the fantastic view from the balcony, to the extraordinarily warm hospitality of the hosts, everything fits here. Those looking for peace and relaxation are in the right place. We can recommend this apartment to anyone without reservation. Irene's house is absolutely perfect, everything is taken care of in every detail, very clean, super equipped kitchen, The large windows overlook the valley and you feel in touch with nature, the host's parents were very welcoming both with us and with our children who were able to roam in the outdoor areas. Even before our departure, Irene was very present and proactive. If you're looking for a place in Val D'Ultimo, you absolutely have to come here.

We felt completely comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described, the hosts very accommodating. We will be happy to come back.

The host welcomed us very kindly and immediately gave us a lot of interesting info. For example, we were allowed to use the beautiful swimming pool of the campsite, which was an added value. It is a very good and clean apartment, nice bathroom, several balconies with beautiful views. We enjoyed the apartment and the area, nice excursions, the distance to certain attractions in the dolomites was rather far.

We had an all-around perfect getaway in Sankt Walburg! The place was super clean, very well maintained and is in a fantastic location – with a breathtaking view of the mountains and down into the valley. Even more beautiful, our stay was made by the incredibly loving and likeable hosts, who not only provided us with fresh milk and eggs from the farm, but also enriched us with great tips and nice conversations. For us and our dog, it was the ideal retreat away from the hustle and bustle – absolute tranquility, pure nature and a lot of warmth. We will be happy to come back!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home.
