The house on the lake, my personal dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Your vacation home is located in the middle of the green West Styrian hill country, surrounded by forest, meadows and fields. In the garden, a wide variety of flowers, shrubs and trees are always in bloom. The house consists of an old farmhouse from 1817, which was stylishly extended by a modern annex. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 with balcony. On the first floor is the kitchen, the dining area with fireplace and the farmhouse parlor. Relax in the sauna or steam room or do yoga in the garden.

Our highlight: a heated pool, which is used as a hot tub in winter – with distant views over the Alps and proximity to Graz. A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace and your own private garden. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.
