Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sannicola

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

Arriving in Nardò, we found ourselves in this setting at the gates of the historic center. Martina was very kind to provide us with all the directions to find parking easily in the area outside the ztl. Spacious apartment, with all the necessary comforts, fresh and suitable not only for couples. The welcome with breakfast products was a much appreciated treat. What can I say, highly recommended!

We had an extraordinary experience at Iacopo's house, who was very kind and personally welcomed us to his house. Iacopo always answered our messages and advised us in the best way to make our stay ideal. As for the apartment, it has an excellent location, it is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need to have an excellent stay in Lecce, staying here everything is close! I highly recommend it!

Words cannot describe how immensely special and beautiful this home is. Even the walls have soul! Every bedroom is in its own floor, which felt very private. The home is decorated beyond beautifully and is within walking distance of everything on the island, including amazing restaurants. What words cannot explain is how after staying at many Airbnb’s throughout our travels, the host is BEYOND amazing. She provided customized recommendations for everything on the island based on her experiences (the home is a beautifully restored family home)…. Places that avoided the typical tourist traps. She made sure we were absolutely comfortable, going out of her way at every opportunity. If her parking space is free, without a doubt, I recommend getting it as parking is very limited on the island. The view is literally the best in all of Gallipoli. Literally. Enjoyed so many gorgeous sunsets on 5 different terraces!!!!! Of course, the top one with a 360 degree view could not be beat!!!

We relaxed the minute we walked down the stairs to the house and saw the beautiful view over the Adriatic. Our group of two couples loved the many outdoor areas, the comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Great to have a BBQ too. Vincenzo and Giulia were fantastic hosts and were very helpful. Castro is a lovely town on the south coast and we definitely recommend Casa Le Radici.

Everything is as in pictures, the house is very big and clean, everything you need there. It’s a bit dark and humid but it’s normal for Italian houses I suppose Marco was super responsive and helpful The only thing that was different was that downstairs the windows towards the backyard were fenced blocking the view for the trees and backyard. When we were there some renovations were going on the adjacent hotel, so that’s also something to consider :)

We had a wonderful week at Antonio’s home. It was even better than the photos and description. Little details like having coffee to make in the morning, some water in the fridge on arrival and cookies for the girls. We arrived quite late and Antonio met us to ensure we got in ok. He was so helpful with recommending some great spots for food, beach clubs, local activities, local supermarkets. In my opinion, Antonio went above and beyond to ensure that we had a lovely holiday.

I love places with a sea view from above. I loved this place. Especially the room on the ground floor... From where I could admire the magical sunrise every morning! Antonella was very welcoming and always responsive! The only flaw is not being able to access the sea directly from there. It would be fabulous if they could find a way to do it. The place is suitable for those who love tranquility, the wind and the sound of the sea! ❤️

We enjoyed a lovely 5 night at Alessandra’s beautiful home. The home is well located in the historic center and surrounded by excellent dining options. Parking was very easy to find in the near by square. Although we didn’t meet Alessandra in person, we was extremely kind and responsive in all our communications.

Lucci d’Oriente exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, cheerfully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything - nothing is missing. From each window you can see the sea, as if you were inside it. The terrace with direct access to the sea is a real privilege. Going up from there to the apartment takes some effort, but it's totally worth it. It is ideal for a family with children, very comfortable and functional. Santa Cesarea Terme is quiet, with some options to eat light and enjoy an ice cream. Parking lot next door is free if there is a place, and very accessible if paid. Rita and Stefano were exceptional hosts: attentive, friendly and always available. They made us feel right at home. We would definitely go back!

Every time you travel, you have that feeling of finding something new, although being a host deserves to have the desire and time, this woman and her partner have left us wanting to know them more, they are charming people, respectful, reliable, and very kind and gentle, we will gladly see them again in their beautiful apartment. This apartment consists of a room with a bed and a small kitchen and adjoining bathroom. A staircase takes you up to a small private terrace, with a hammock, table, deck chairs and lots of plants. The apartment remains relatively cool in the heat due to the stone walls (there is also air conditioning). The check-in was very flexible and totally friendly! :) Everything is within walking distance. Our highlight was the furnishing of the apartment: there are small works of art everywhere, paintings on the walls or small statues in the walls. We felt right at home. The bed was really very, very comfortable! We would recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you very much.

The place we stayed was very nice and clean. The interior was very well decorated. You can walk everywhere. But more importantly, Davide was a very good host.

A wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean. The main bedroom is on the street so is quite loud at night and in the early morning, but the location is amazing for exploring. The staircase is tight and steep, but no problem for us. A lovely, well furnished, shaded deck upstairs. We were getting multiple messages a day from the lady who checked us in. About putting out garbage etc. Maybe all this info in one message would be better than constant messaging. But other than that we really had a wonderful stay.

Being an excellent host ,Guiseppe was waiting for us when we arrived in order to guide us and give us the necessary information for the proper functioning of the apartment . We loved and appreciated that he shares with us the history of his beautiful home,transmitted to his family for a very long time ,as well as the transformations he has made there. We were looking for a quiet place in a good location and we found it in Carpignano , a great base for visiting the area! I recommend it.

Amazing Place: Very clean with all the little things you need for an extended stay. Beautiful views from the terrace. We used it as a hub to. Visit the beaches of the area. A perfect stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Salvatore’s place. The house is bigger than it looks in the photos and had everything we needed. We stayed for four nights but could have happily stayed longer. The house is well located for visiting the east, west and south coast beaches.

Buena Onda's place was just perfect. The quality of the services exceeded our expectations and the villa was even more beautiful than in photos. The interior of the house is very well decorated and offers plenty of space for a family, with well separated parts that allowed our 11 year old daughter to have her own space. The house is also very well located and makes it easy to visit the south of the chickens by being both close to Otrante, Lecce or Gallipoli. We recommend this address without hesitation to all families or friends wishing to visit the area and spend a pleasant time in a house in the heart of nature.

We enjoyed an incredible one week stay. Stunning location - excellent for exploring southern area of Puglia and enjoying the beauty & serenity of Mancaversa. The fabulous accommodation exceeded our expectations. The photos just cannot do justice to the view from the property and the sound of the sea was soothing every day. The property has good space inside and outside, we felt very at home. Franceso was an extremely helpful host. He provided clear instructions on getting to the property and finding our way around the local area. He was responsive when we needed to seek some medical assistance too. He really made our stay as smooth as possible.

Stefania's house Not on a nature-protected coast, surrounded by a huge garden with beautiful plants, from which you can see the sea from everywhere. We had a perfect at Stefania's house and felt extremely comfortable. For people who love nature, this place is an absolute paradise and Stefania is an unconditionally excellent host who does everything at all times to make her guests feel comfortable. Since we had our dog Anton with us, the large garden was also a perfect place for him. From the grounds, you can take wonderful walks along small country lanes all the way down to the sea. The coast in this region is breathtakingly beautiful with many small coves and wonderful hiking opportunities. We can fully recommend Stefania and her heavenly garden. We spent a week in the villa with our children. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Stefania and were overwhelmed by the beautiful view of the sea. The whole complex is very well maintained and lovingly furnished. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. We felt very comfortable. We can fully recommend the villa!

I could have given 10 stars to Paolo as a host and the house also deserved this! Paolo is already proactive in preparing the trip, always super friendly and makes you really want to stay. Even during the stay, he always asked if we were missing anything. Mr. Gino greeted us on site and always made sure everything was in order. The house, the incredible garden and the pool were even more beautiful than in the pictures - and these are already great. We were in Salento for the first time and wanted to go on many excursions (Paolo has great tips and restaurant recommendations!). But since the house was so beautiful and we couldn't separate, we did without one or the other excursion. This place is 100% recommended.
