Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sannicola

Beautiful house, super divided for three families, as there are three separate units and you can also retreat well. The disadvantage, however, is that the kitchens are not very large. We imagined the distance to the sea to be smaller, you can already walk there but it is (especially with children) not quite as close as expected. The communication with Giulia was great, she always responded quickly and kindly and was very helpful and accommodating. The apartments were very clean and the garden and Pool nice and well maintained.

Very spacious house as described. Very useful washing machine with a clothesline on the terrace. Very nice and spacious yard where in addition to parking our car, we had breakfast and dinner every day. Host very willing to help and gave us many local recommendations. The house is next to a great pine forest but logically attracts mosquitoes. In the park in front they gather every night for children and young people, so it is noisy until midnight (one day even more). One last excellent detail of the host: on the last day we left a battery charger of the camera and he wrote to inform us; he offered to send it to the next house.

What can I say about Andrea's accommodation, it is identical to the photos with a lot of elegance and Italian charm. Andrea and his wife will make you feel at home, they are very attentive to you and it's really rare these days. We were able to eat in very good places following the recommendations and we were able to do an activity with a beautiful sunset thanks to Andrea. We are grateful to him for having been able to give us moments so that our holidays can take place as best as possible. I can only recommend this place!!

Massimo's apartment was absolutely great. It was a very authentic place in the historic, quiet quarter. Very well equipped and clean. The communication was without any problems, Massimo was very helpful. I definitely recommend whether for a long or short stay.

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

Words cannot describe how immensely special and beautiful this home is. Even the walls have soul! Every bedroom is in its own floor, which felt very private. The home is decorated beyond beautifully and is within walking distance of everything on the island, including amazing restaurants. What words cannot explain is how after staying at many Airbnb’s throughout our travels, the host is BEYOND amazing. She provided customized recommendations for everything on the island based on her experiences (the home is a beautifully restored family home)…. Places that avoided the typical tourist traps. She made sure we were absolutely comfortable, going out of her way at every opportunity. If her parking space is free, without a doubt, I recommend getting it as parking is very limited on the island. The view is literally the best in all of Gallipoli. Literally. Enjoyed so many gorgeous sunsets on 5 different terraces!!!!! Of course, the top one with a 360 degree view could not be beat!!!

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. * Best location in Gallipoli! - right across the street from the main beach, and right in old town. * Responsive host - even though you can't drive or park in old town; Stefania made check in super easy. She was waiting for us when we arrived, and helped us bring in our luggage while one person waited with the car. Then she drove with us to the parking lot where she had saved us a parking spot with her car. So easy! * Beautiful apartment in old neighborhood; I believe it's her family home; gorgeous touches throughout * Gorgeous patio - though note that there is only shade for a few hours in the afternoon; for much of the morning and late afternoon it is sunny and HOT on the main patio (with beach views) * FYI on layout: entry level is 3 BR/BA en suite; up narrow spiral staircase is second level with small kitchen, dining room, and one patio; up outdoor staircase is the patio with beach views. Need to be comfortable with stairs. Highly recommend!

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

Beautiful house, very nice, in a pretty and pleasant immediate neighborhood. There's everything you need in the house... it was very good.

Patrizia’s apartment was somehow even more beautiful than the photos—thoughtfully designed, bright, and incredibly comfortable. We stayed here with our 21-month-old daughter, my mother, and cousin while in Lecce for a family wedding, and it was the perfect home base for all of us. The apartment had everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay. Street parking was mostly easy to find, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of Lecce’s historic center, great restaurants, a playground, and a grocery store. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Patrizia made it so much easier. She had a great pack-and-play set up with linens, some toys for our daughter to enjoy, and even welcomed her with a little stuffed animal—now a new favorite. The private patio was another highlight—a lovely spot for breakfast and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.

A real corner of Paradise the photos are identical to reality. it has everything you need for the beach, umbrella, beach towels + fouta. the terrace is a real joy to rest, have a drink and admire the sunset. Aldo and Lili were kind to make our stay go as well as possible. we highly recommend, there is no need to think about it.

Don’t hesitate to book this Airbnb if you’re coming to Otranto. This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in—and I’ve been traveling with Airbnb for 10+ years. The apartment was incredibly well equipped; every detail had been thought of. The terrace is beautiful, and the kitchen was so ample that my boyfriend and I cooked most of our meals at home and enjoyed them outside. Having parking under the building was a huge plus. We slept really well, and the hosts were wonderful. I didn’t meet Francesca, but Orlando checked us in and was so patient and kind when we had trouble meeting up. He gave us a great tour of the space and made us feel welcome— it really set the tone for our whole stay. We also really appreciated the fresh fruit from their garden and the bottle of wine. It’s rare to find a place that feels this cared for. We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.

It is a magical place for those who love nature, and the beauty of the view is priceless. You have to use the car to reach beaches and services, but I would have stayed there the whole summer. Nothing was missing, super-equipped kitchen and many unexpected goods: salt and condiments, including spices, capers, coffee, sugar and good extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, etc... Comfortable beds, comfortable bathrooms, in a huge porch (we were in the large apartment) a very comfortable barbecue, air conditioning, the sky and the sea all around, the stone, the flowering myrtle, the outdoor shower, washing machines, deckchairs, in short, nothing was missing. A truly beautiful place for those who love silence and tranquility. You need a car to go to the beach, on foot you can reach the Litoranea road and the cliff, but it's worth it.

Perfect! We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Alessandro was a great host, he arranged a shuttle for us from Lecce to drop us right outside of the front door which is ideal as not sure how we would have got there from the train station. He was waiting for us and gave us a personal tour of the apartment and how everything worked so there was no trying to work it all out on our own. The terrace was an absolute delight! It is in the heart of the old town with many bars and restaurants just steps away which was wonderful! I would highly recommend a stay and hope to go back myself one day.

Excellent accommodation, ideal for visiting the city on foot, parking nearby. Tastefully decorated and very clean, the spa is really nice and the roof terrace offers a superb view. Thank you to the host for the very warm welcome and for the flexibility of the check-in time 😊

This is a fantastic place and we’d highly recommend it! Beautiful, spacious, spotless, well-decorated apartment in a great location with roof terraces (plural!) with amazing views. Ludovica was the perfect host- very responsive and helpful and the apartment guide was a very thoughtful and useful addition. Gallipoli is also a great place to stay when exploring Puglia, with lovely local beaches, good restaurants, activities and other towns in easy distance. Thank you Ludovica!

We had a great experience at Villa Regina and loved the apartment as well as the swimming pool. Great host and quick to accommodate any of our requests. 10 minutes away from downtown Gallipoli and withing walking distance from a groceries shop. Highly recommended.

Terrazza Doxi Fontana is a beautiful apartment with large terrace & amazing views from inside and out. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are very similar making sharing fair for everyone. There are lots of stairs to access the apartment so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Once inside it’s on one level and has a good layout. A great place to chill out. No parking available close by at the port so we had to offload luggage and wait with it whilst someone else parked much further away. Inconvenient but workable. Gallipoli was a lovely place to visit whilst exploring Puglia.

Daniela’s was a really clean and beautiful home with every amenity you could want. We had one night here and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful penthouse! The views are absolutely stunning. You can see the sea from every angle, and the sunsets were truly unforgettable. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the historic city center. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

I think I didn’t look at all the pics on the listing so when I went in I was pleasantly surprised by all of what was available. Wonderful spaces. Beautifully decorated and a view to kill for! They had a wonderful welcome gift and Alessia was super communicative. The keys took a bit of getting used to but once I did it was perfect. Also the color of the door looks darker in the pic than in real life so I passed it at first. I would stay here again and again!

Amazing spacious roof top apartment…you will never tire of the view. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very central to all the historical centre of Lecce has to offer but peaceful/quiet. Fausto is a great host. Fabulous 5 night stay💚🤍❤️

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.
