Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sannicola

Schönes Haus, super aufgeteilt für drei Familien, da es drei getrennte Einheiten gibt und man sich so auch gut zurückziehen kann. Nachteil ist aber, dass die Küchen deshalb nicht sehr groß sind. Die Distanz zum Meer haben wir uns kleiner vorgestellt, man kann schon zu Fuß hin aber es ist (vor allem mit Kindern) nicht ganz so nah wie gedacht. Die Kommunikation mit Giulia war super, sie hat immer schnell und freundlich reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und Garten und Pool schön und gepflegt.

Casa muy amplia tal y como se describe. Lavadora muy útil con tendedero en la terraza. Patio muy agradable y amplio donde además de aparcar nuestro coche, desayunábamos y cenábamos todos los días. Anfitrión muy dispuesto a ayudar y nos dio muchas recomendaciones locales. La casa está al lado de un pinar estupendo pero lógicamente atrae mosquitos. En el parque de enfrente se reúnen todas las noches niños y jóvenes, por lo que es ruidoso hasta la medianoche (algún día incluso más). Un último detalle excelente del anfitrión: el último día nos dejamos un cargador de batería de la cámara fotográfica y nos escribió para informarnos; se ofreció a enviarlo a la siguiente casa.

Que dire du logement d’Andrea, il est identique aux photos avec beaucoup d’élégance et de charme à l’italienne. Andrea et sa femme feront en sorte que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous, ils sont aux petits soins pour vous et c’est vraiment rare de nos jours. Nous avons pu manger dans de très bons endroits suites aux recommandations et nous avons pu faire une activité avec un magnifique couché de soleil grâce à Andrea. Nous lui sommes reconnaissant d’avoir pu nous faire vivre des moments afin que nos vacances se déroulent du mieux possible. Je ne peux que vous recommander ce logement !!

Massimo's apartment was absolutely great. It was a very authentic place in the historic, quiet quarter. Very well equipped and clean. The communication was without any problems, Massimo was very helpful. I definitely recommend whether for a long or short stay.

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

Words cannot describe how immensely special and beautiful this home is. Even the walls have soul! Every bedroom is in its own floor, which felt very private. The home is decorated beyond beautifully and is within walking distance of everything on the island, including amazing restaurants. What words cannot explain is how after staying at many Airbnb’s throughout our travels, the host is BEYOND amazing. She provided customized recommendations for everything on the island based on her experiences (the home is a beautifully restored family home)…. Places that avoided the typical tourist traps. She made sure we were absolutely comfortable, going out of her way at every opportunity. If her parking space is free, without a doubt, I recommend getting it as parking is very limited on the island. The view is literally the best in all of Gallipoli. Literally. Enjoyed so many gorgeous sunsets on 5 different terraces!!!!! Of course, the top one with a 360 degree view could not be beat!!!

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

* Best location in Gallipoli! - right across the street from the main beach, and right in old town. * Responsive host - even though you can't drive or park in old town; Stefania made check in super easy. She was waiting for us when we arrived, and helped us bring in our luggage while one person waited with the car. Then she drove with us to the parking lot where she had saved us a parking spot with her car. So easy! * Beautiful apartment in old neighborhood; I believe it's her family home; gorgeous touches throughout * Gorgeous patio - though note that there is only shade for a few hours in the afternoon; for much of the morning and late afternoon it is sunny and HOT on the main patio (with beach views) * FYI on layout: entry level is 3 BR/BA en suite; up narrow spiral staircase is second level with small kitchen, dining room, and one patio; up outdoor staircase is the patio with beach views. Need to be comfortable with stairs. Highly recommend!

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

Belle maison, très agréable, dans un quartier immédiat assez joli et agréable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison… c’était très bien.

Patrizia’s apartment was somehow even more beautiful than the photos—thoughtfully designed, bright, and incredibly comfortable. We stayed here with our 21-month-old daughter, my mother, and cousin while in Lecce for a family wedding, and it was the perfect home base for all of us. The apartment had everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay. Street parking was mostly easy to find, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of Lecce’s historic center, great restaurants, a playground, and a grocery store. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Patrizia made it so much easier. She had a great pack-and-play set up with linens, some toys for our daughter to enjoy, and even welcomed her with a little stuffed animal—now a new favorite. The private patio was another highlight—a lovely spot for breakfast and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Un vrai petit coin de Paradis les photos sont identiques à la réalité. il y a tout le nécessaire pour la plage, parasol, serviettes de plage+ fouta. la terrasse est un vrai bonheur pour se reposer, y prendre un verre et admirer le coucher de soleil. Aldo et Lili ont fait preuve de bienveillance pour que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible. nous recommandons fortement, il n'y a pas à réfléchir.

Don’t hesitate to book this Airbnb if you’re coming to Otranto. This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in—and I’ve been traveling with Airbnb for 10+ years. The apartment was incredibly well equipped; every detail had been thought of. The terrace is beautiful, and the kitchen was so ample that my boyfriend and I cooked most of our meals at home and enjoyed them outside. Having parking under the building was a huge plus. We slept really well, and the hosts were wonderful. I didn’t meet Francesca, but Orlando checked us in and was so patient and kind when we had trouble meeting up. He gave us a great tour of the space and made us feel welcome— it really set the tone for our whole stay. We also really appreciated the fresh fruit from their garden and the bottle of wine. It’s rare to find a place that feels this cared for. We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.

É un luogo magico, per chi ama la natura, e la bellezza della vista è impagabile. Devi usare la macchina per raggiungere spiagge e servizi, ma io ci sarei rimasta la intera estate. Non mancava niente, cucina super attrezzata e tanti beni inaspettati: sale e condimenti, incluso spezie, capperi, caffè, zucchero e olio extravergine buono, aceto balsamico etc... Letti comodi, bagni comodi, in portico immenso (eravamo nel appartamento grande) un barbacue comodissimo,aria condizionata, il cielo ed il mare tutto attorno, la pietra, il mirto fiorito, la doccia sterna, lavatrici, sdraio, insomma, non mancava niente. Un luogo bellissimo davvero per chi ama silenzio e tranquillità. Ti serve la macchina per andare in spiaggia, a piedi raggiungi la strada Litoranea e la scogliera, ma vale la pena.

wij zijn met open armen ontvangen door Allessandro. hij heeft ons het laten zien en verteld wat wij het beste konden doen. het huis was fantastisch alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. het terras is ruim en heeft een mooi uitzicht. doordat je in de luwte zit kun je al snel buiten zitten en heb je geen idee dat je in een toeristische plaats bent. het is fijn als je uit de toeristische drukte in het appartement achter je te laten. de auto kun je niet bij het appartement parkeren daarvoor is een algemene parkeerplaats bij de haven. Allessandro heeft ons daarover geïnformeerd, heel fijn. voor een volgende bezoek is dit zeker aan te bevelen.

Excellent logement, idéal pour visiter la ville à pied, parking à proximité. Décoré avec goût et très propre, le spa est vraiment agréable et la terrasse sur le toit offre une superbe vue. Merci à l’hôte pour l’accueil très chaleureux et pour la flexibilité de l’heure d’arrivée 😊

This is a fantastic place and we’d highly recommend it! Beautiful, spacious, spotless, well-decorated apartment in a great location with roof terraces (plural!) with amazing views. Ludovica was the perfect host- very responsive and helpful and the apartment guide was a very thoughtful and useful addition. Gallipoli is also a great place to stay when exploring Puglia, with lovely local beaches, good restaurants, activities and other towns in easy distance. Thank you Ludovica!

Wunderschönes Haus mit privatem Pool! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt – das Haus ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Der private Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Regina ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Wlan etwas schwach aber uns störte das nicht.

Terrazza Doxi Fontana is a beautiful apartment with large terrace & amazing views from inside and out. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are very similar making sharing fair for everyone. There are lots of stairs to access the apartment so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Once inside it’s on one level and has a good layout. A great place to chill out. No parking available close by at the port so we had to offload luggage and wait with it whilst someone else parked much further away. Inconvenient but workable. Gallipoli was a lovely place to visit whilst exploring Puglia.

Daniela’s was a really clean and beautiful home with every amenity you could want. We had one night here and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful penthouse! The views are absolutely stunning. You can see the sea from every angle, and the sunsets were truly unforgettable. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the historic city center. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

I think I didn’t look at all the pics on the listing so when I went in I was pleasantly surprised by all of what was available. Wonderful spaces. Beautifully decorated and a view to kill for! They had a wonderful welcome gift and Alessia was super communicative. The keys took a bit of getting used to but once I did it was perfect. Also the color of the door looks darker in the pic than in real life so I passed it at first. I would stay here again and again!

Amazing spacious roof top apartment…you will never tire of the view. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very central to all the historical centre of Lecce has to offer but peaceful/quiet. Fausto is a great host. Fabulous 5 night stay💚🤍❤️

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.
