Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. Enjoy the charm of this quiet and centrally located duplex. The apartment has a private patio with a barbecue and street access. The entrance to the house is through some stairs which will give way to a single room of living room and open kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The double-height living room gives access to the mezzanine with another double bed. Kitchen with all the necessary equipment, (toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) The bathroom has soap and a hairdryer.
