Greg's place is clean and cozy. Wonderful view from the window. The apartment is very quiet, no street noise. Lots of security in the building. Fantastic location!

Angelica has prepared detailed infographics regarding the how-to's and these made the stay very convenient. She has also been responsive of questions and proactive about issues. There was a scheduled power interruption and Angelica offered to refund us a part of our payment for the hassle. Only issue was the occasional German roach, however, this is already a condominium tower problem.

I enjoyed a month at this place. I slept well. For me, sleep is the most important value provided by an accommodation because I'm sensitive to night time sounds. Passing motorcycles or ambulances can be heard, but only moderately, so I still felt well-rested most mornings. For a place in the center of Manila it is probably quieter than average. So If you're looking for good rest in Manila I recommend it. All other aspects of the place were fabulous, and accurately described in the listing.
