It's definitely one of the best apartments I've ever rented on Airbnb! I rented for my family And they just loved it! The townships were impressed by the sea view, a truly breathtaking view! Beautiful, all-equipped apartment, great and beautiful furniture! All spotless! And Vanessa was always super attentive and kind! Everything IS PERFECT!

The place is great and calm and Gustavo it's a great host. He answer quickly and was flexible with our last minute check-in. The area is great and the way to the beach is super cool. The house has everything you may need. I strongly recommend to other guests.

I spent 15 days working and it was excellent!!! very well located, close to everything and had everything I needed, very cozy! and Jorge extremely helpful, I had difficulty turning on the stove and he answered me right away on WhatsApp! not to mention the view from there that is priceless, it's super worth it, incredible experience and I hope to come back more often, thank you!

I identified with the space, loved the details of the apartment and the coziness, so I chose to stay the weekend in your loft. I discovered the Oracle and took a card as soon as I arrived and it was exactly what the moment represented for me. Communication with Laura was perfect and efficient, which made me very comfortable being in a different place and traveling alone. I loved that the loft was in fact a few meters away from the beach so I could see the sunrise and come and go as many times as I wanted between the beach and the loft.

The stay was great, the apartment is beautiful and cozy. Even with rain I had no problem, the parking is covered and easily accessible.

I've had a very pleasant stay in this flat! It is brand new, inmaculately clean, well decorated/furnished. The building has a modern leisure structure available for guest use. Raphael and Maria Eduarda are nice hosts providing a quality support. We had a very fluid digital interaction and they were kind enough to make the sauna reservation when requested. I am very sensitive to noises and slept pretty well, since the street and the neighborhood are quite and silent. I could only recommend this Airbnb listing!

The apartment was perfect; all previous reviews were 100% true. It looks even better in person than in the pictures. The view is gorgeous, the kitchen is spacious, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed linens and towels were of good quality and smelled great. Katia, the owner, is always available to answer any questions within minutes. She recommended her cleaning lady, who is trustworthy and does an amazing job. The front desk personnel were beyond helpful. They’re available 24/7 to open the door and garage, receive deliveries, assist with Uber pickups, help with luggage, and make you feel safe and welcome. The location couldn’t be better. The boardwalk is perfect for exercising and long sunset walks. The dining options are unlimited, the mall is two blocks away, and the area is beautiful and safe. I truly believe that Florianópolis is the safest capital in Brazil and one of the most beautiful.

Our stay was great, the apartment had everything we needed and the perfect location (restaurants and supermarket right next door) and the host Rafael was very kind and attentive. Everything was perfect!

The apartment is fully complete and functional. Super clean. Located in the center, right in front of the Hercilio Luz bridge, very well located. The shower is a delight, with plenty of water and very hot water. There's a gym in the building and a grocery store. Júlia is very attentive, a dear. It was great, we'll be back next time

The property faithfully matches the photos and descriptions in the listing. The building in which the property is located has a very complete infrastructure, with a gym, sauna, coworking, swimming pool and the Pátio Milano next door, with several food options, in addition to being a few steps from Shopping Beiramar, which is a mall that has everything, from good stores to a cinema. For those who like the sea, the apartment is a short walk from the seafront, where you can just enjoy the view or even exercise. In summary, the property is excellent and very practical to live in.

I really liked the place, when we arrived we already smelled clean, all very clean. We only had a problem with the TV that didn't work, it was very slow. Boa Bed, clean and smelling bed linen. Kitchen Basic was able to turn around. The only part of putting the car on the street was not very good, there were few vacancies. But overall I really liked it, close to everything to go with the car. Cozy place
