Monthly Rentals in Santa Clara

This was a very nice apartment in a quiet, well-maintained complex. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had the basics we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Well lite, Door entrance, easy access along with detailed, easy to follow instructions for entering. Comfortable, safe surroundings- Unit is comfortable, bathroom super clean- comfortable bed. This is my second visit and host as responsive as the first visit. Thank you, Linda

Mohamed's place has unbeatable location. Very central and convenient. Walk across the street to the plaza with choices of restaurants, Safeway and bank. Good for evening stroll as well. Place is private. Top floor so so neighbor upstairs. Dedicated parking is a plus. However, parking space can be a bit tight but manageable unless you have a big truck. Comfortable bed. Place is exactly as it looks in the listing photo. Fully equipped kitchen. Host is very responsible and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in seamless and ensuring we had everything I needed throughout our stay.
