Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Clara County

Matthew was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The space itself was very clean and in a peaceful location, with some great hiking trails nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the apartment while our house was getting remodeled. The location is great—walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the patio was a great addition. The first-floor location and the large trees make the apartment cooler, but also a little dark. Overall, we had a good stay, and Cosme has been very responsive and flexible with our change of plans!

Stayed at Oriel’s place during a recent trip to Palo Alto and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The space looks just like the photos, everything feels fresh and nicely upgraded, with thoughtful touches throughout. There’s even a small patio that was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. It’s in a great location too, just a short drive to Stanford and close enough to everything without feeling too busy. Oriel was super communicative, especially when some construction started next door. He went out of his way to have them hold off while I finished an important video call, which I really appreciated. All in all, it was a great stay. Loved the space, loved the hospitality, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Visiting from North Carolina

We were just passing through on a roadtrip and stayed here for the night. This Texas girl was very surprised to find no AC in the place but I’ve been told there’s not much of a need for it in California and I understand why now! We slept comfortably. I think it’s important to note that this apartment is on the third floor and there’s no elevator but don’t let that keep you from booking the place! We will definitely be back!

Great location! Apartment was spotless and location very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Hosts were very responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the app that provides access to the garage , but we were generally able to piggyback with someone else entering the garage, so it wasn’t a significant problem. Would happily stay again.

Cute and clean in-law apartment located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with walking distance to local hot spots. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. She responded quickly when questions arose. I would recommend this place for a great stay in Santa Cruz!

Book this home for my boyfriend and I while we were visiting family and it was great! The hosts were very friendly and were very helpful as well. Would definitely book a stay here again next time we visit SJ!

We had such a nice time at sue’s and laurels place felt so comfortable and we felt like we were at home!! The house is very well stocked and didn’t feel empty like so many other rentals. Highly highly recommend! Our dog absolutely loved the back yard and had so much fun running around. This is such an amazing house for dogs. One thing to note is if you have an escape artist dog (like we do) the back gate is a bit shorter. We had no issues at all it’s just something to keep an eye out for!

The Airbnb was really good. Clean place, kitchen and bathroom had all relevant amenities and the work area was a big plus! The hosts Manohar and Monali were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is great too with a short walk to a lot of places. All in all, would definitely recommend as I found this to be great value for money.

We had an excellent stay at Danyun's well-stocked and spotless apartment. We really appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer and the kids loved looking at all the succulents.

This place was beautiful and just like the pictures. You get a beautiful view of the mountains, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. You are also right near the freeway. The home was clean and even had a washer and dryer. There was lots of space for everyone inside and outside backyard space (I went with 4 other people). My mom said she loved the zen and tranquility of the place. Qi was also very responsive and helpful. Thank you for providing such a beautiful home away from home!

Our favorite part was the walk to the expansive beach. The resort is very nice, and the condo was great.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Perfect stay in Palo Alto! The place was very comfortable and spacious in a peaceful area and in walking distance from the town. We really enjoyed our time there and April and the team were super helpful and responsive to any questions or needs.

Perfect for a peaceful holiday within walking distance of a beautiful beach, warm heated pools and stunning coastal views. The apartment was super clean, quiet and we made use of the gas fireplace in evenings for heat and atmosphere. I was able to park in front of the property no problems. Will definitely stay again!

One of the better places I stayed in. Very clean and perfect amount of space. When I go back to Santana Row I will check to see if this place is available.

Sean’s Seascape Beach resort condo is all that was advertised and more. Very comfortable, well -decorated, and clean, with all necessities thoughtfully provided, including beach towels, a very convenient stacked WD located upstairs, and a water filtering pitcher in the fridge! The icing on the cake was access to the Seascape Beach Resort’s Sports Club for yoga, swimming, exercise classes, tennis clinics, and pickleball, all for a VERY reasonable day membership fee. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.
