Hotel holiday rentals in Santa Croce, Florence

I was in Florence for studies and despite the need to stay only one night, I was completely satisfied. The Duomo room is really very nice, and I particularly appreciated the design; it also has all the essential amenities. The "automated" check-in and check-out system is really very effective, however, if you need the host is always available to the contacts that will be communicated. Furthermore, the location is also extremely convenient as the structure is perfectly located in the center of some of the main places in Florence, such as Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo and the Basilica of Santa Croce. I would therefore recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay in Florence.

This was a very nice place for us to stay while exploring the city, very close to everything and very comfortable inside. And the A/C was amazing!

This is a true gem! I almost didn't write this review because I don't want to let this secret hideaway become overcrowded and unable to book when I go back to Florence. An authentic Florentine bed and breakfast, centrally located, safe, clean, and the best part are the hosts that treat you like family! Breakfast and coffee-phenomenal! Not only are you getting a lovely and quaint place to stay, but you also get the assistance and care from Riccardo and his wife to have the best experience in Florence. Both were so helpful in arranging a tour of the Chianti region, being present for my lost luggage so I didn't worry and waste time waiting for the delivery, making reservations to places I couldn't get into, giving advice for sites to see, even ordering a taxi for departure, and offering historical information about the city and its many changes. They go over and above what is expected from an air bnb! Will definitely stay again if they will have me!

We found a perfect quiet place in close proximity to Florence with a great host Carla. A really nice house from the 15th century (I think) the garden invites you to linger and rest between the sightseeing tours in Tuscany. Over a delicious breakfast, you can chat with the other guests. Really recommended 👍

Excellent place, very good breakfast, Mario and the whole team are excellent hosts, there are places nearby to eat and bars, until late, the area is safe for walking at night. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator, if you have heavy luggage

Very nice host, super clean, absolutely recommendable. We only weren'tluckywith the weather but spent nevertheless a pleasant time at Noels place!

Honestly, it's the best hostel I've ever stayed in! Not only is it super comfortable and clean, the staff is always friendly and attentive, they organize events, they give you little 🥰 things which I thought was a very nice touch, the terrace with pool and view is beautiful, the drinks bar is excellent... in conclusion, this place is super recommended! I would definitely come back

Overall it was really nice. I would have preferred to stay on other rooms of the villa but they were all already booked. This room in particular was not of our taste. Perhaps you like it!

Very fun and interactive place. Staff is amazing and very friendly. This will be my go to place from now on in Firenze. Keep in mind it's a shared room with other people. There are lots of activities to do every single day. Be sure to check out their activity calendar to see what's happening. If you travel solo, it's a great place to meet people.

Nice B&B…clean, quiet and the hosts are very kind. I drove to the train station in Insica, less than 10 min away and took it to Florence. If you are looking to get away from the big cities this is a great getaway! Outlet mall is close as well

The location of this Airbnb is simply perfect — a few steps from the Duomo and very close to Florence's main attractions. It was a delight to be able to explore everything on foot. The flat is charming, was clean and provided us with a comfortable stay. However, there are two important points to consider. The first is that the apartment is on a high floor and has no elevator. There are many flights of stairs, which can be quite tiring, especially if you have large bags or after a full day strolling. The second point is that there was a strong sewage smell in the room for most of the time. Interestingly, when the shower was turned on, the smell diminished, which indicates that it may be a plumbing problem. These two factors compromised the experience a little. Still, if the location is your priority and these points aren't a big nuisance, it's worth considering. With small adjustments, it would be an excellent stay.

Easy to access location, good and clean rooms, with dryer in the bathroom, hot water, bed well ok. Hostel structure very good. They perform various activities, welcome drink and pasta at night for guests free of charge. It is worth remember: they only provide towel by means of rent.

This home is something special. Very clean. Very aesthetically interesting. The beds were very comfortable. Linens lovely. Everything in the space had a story to tell. Lots of history. Stefano was very flexible and informative. We never met Stefano due to the fact that we came in late from travels and had to leave early for a flight home. But we had all we needed to feel at home when we arrived. Coffee in the AM and wonderful seating areas outside to watch the sunrise and hear the birds:) thank you Stefano for leaving us with a very cozy last night in Tuscany. We will never forget it.

Our stay in this house was great! The apartment is extremely well curated in every detail and thoughtfully designed. Eugenio explained that the apartment was created by a local designer! The house also has access to a stunning internal shared garden - beautiful to have breakfast in the morning! The location is perfect: tucked away on a quiet street, ideal for a peaceful stay, yet still within walking distance to plenty of lovely breakfast spots and restaurants. Eugenio and his team recommended a nearby pasticceria, and their croissants became our go to breakfast spot! Throughout our stay, Eugenio and the team were incredibly responsive, always ready to assist, and just genuinely kind and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to come back!
