Anna was super helpful accommodating us with a check in time that changed a few times because of flights, trains, long customs lines, and a crowded tram. She was so communicative and when we arrived she was so incredibly helpful. She took ample time showing us around the penthouse — which is amazing! The views are breathtaking, and it was so so relaxing getting to sip coffee with all of the windows open each morning. The apartment is perfectly located with everything you could want nearby. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay again! Grazie mille, Anna!

If Lorenzo's place is available, just book it. You couldn't be more centrally located. Everything in Florence is walking distance from the unit. The view of the Duomo from the main room is stunning. The stairs can be a little tough if you have heavy luggage but the elevator helps a lot. The air conditioning in the unit is also top notch. It was very hot during our stay and walking back in to the cold unit felt great. Thanks for an awesome stay!

We recently spent five nights at Marina’s Santa Croce Dreams apartment and had a perfect stay. Marina’s apartment is exactly as shown and described. Nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, cozy and bright and airy. The unit faces an interior courtyard so it is also very quiet. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The area is close enough to the main sites in Florence but just far enough to by away from the crowds in the main tourist areas which made for an easy escape after a day of touring. Marina and Elena were communicative and responsive before and after our stay. We encountered a slight issue with the AC unit during the last few days of our stay but Elena was quick to resolve the problem. We highly recommend her apartment.

I can’t say enough positive things about Gherardo’s apartment. It truly was one of the best AirBnb’s we have stayed in. The space itself is wonderful and the location couldn’t be better. We were so close to everything and the neighborhood is so walkable. The apartment is newly renovated and Gherardo has taken care of every last detail to make his guests feel welcome and at home. We appreciated that he was there to personally greet us and acquaint us with the apartment and the area. Don’t hesitate to book with Gherardo. We will stay again in a heartbeat!

If you are someone who values cleanliness, this is the place for you! This lovely unit is impeccably clean, stocked with quality amenities, offers a comfy bed, relaxing shower and is peaceful and quiet. It truly feels like a home away from home after long days touring the beautiful city of Florence. It is located near numerous restaurants, shops, stunning parks and is a quick walk to all the places we came to see. Upon arrival, we were met by Laura and Paolo, who carried our bags up and took just the right amount of time to explain the ins and outs of the unit and neighborhood to us. They even presented us with a bottle of local red wine! Staying here was a highlight and our only wish during our stay was that it could be longer! Thank you, Laura and Paolo.

This was my favorite place I stayed while in Italy! Beautiful apartment with a wonderful little deck to sit on and enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine! You can literally see Santa Croce from the balcony. It was quiet, had a lovely little nook for sleeping and the bathroom was pristine. It also had all amenities for cooking. My only regret is that I was unable to go to Simone E Filippo's restaurant in the country, next time! I would stay here again! They were so nice letting me leave my luggage and even helped me carry up and down the stairs.

Patrizia and Gianni were awesome host. Gianni met us to let us in and helped us navigate the area. Patrizia was fantastic and helped us reserve our 5a taxi to airport that showed up right on time. The place was exactly as described and definitely walkable to popular destinations. Lots of good food and shops nearby ! We had no trouble at all and will definitely stay at “In the Heart of Florence” again in future.

Liana’s Airbnb was everything we were looking for - walking distance from the train and near all the shopping and attractions that were on our list. She was very responsive and kind and offered a few recommendations of restaurants and things to do! Her place was very comfortable for 2 people.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming upstairs apartment in Florence! It was the perfect mix of quaint and comfortable — full of character, with lovely touches that made it feel like home. The location was great for exploring the city located within walking distance of all the major sights, cafes, and shops. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for our stay. The check-in was smooth. We'd definitely stay here again on our next visit to Florence!

Sabrina was a fantastic host and her place was wonderful! Very clean and cosy, close to everything, very walkable area and she left us wonderful recommendations for restaurants, markets, etc. She also brought us a bottle of wine at check in which was very sweet! I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Florence!

We stayed here in 2016 and it was even better than we remembered. A beautiful apartment, quiet and private, with amazing original features. The area is residential and round the corner is San Ambrogio food market. Lovely local restaurants all use fresh ingredients from the market. Wonderful evening in a street filled with locals enjoying food and drink. We could have spent the whole time exploring the locality.

The location is perfect, nice neighborhood, very safe with taxi’s right there. It’s a lively area but the apartment is nice and quiet. Two air conditioners, one in bedroom and one in kitchen. We enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Caterina’s place was immaculate. She welcomed us and showed us how to use everything and chatted to us about the area. The linen was clean, bathroom was spotless and all the smaller details were provided. I highly recommend this home for someone traveling to Florence. Thank you so much and we will be back!!!!

Mariangela’s apartment was lovely. Perfect location, beautifully done with everything you need. We stayed for 2.5 months and it felt like a second home to us. Closed to amazing restaurants, open markets, grocery stores and easy walk to Florence beautiful sites and this amazing cities neighborhoods. Quiet neighborhood. Mariangela and her team were always responsive and lovely to interact with. We are planning on returning next year.

Rosy is a 6-star host! She is incredibly friendly and communicates clearly and thoroughly. One of the best in my experience. Casa Colonna was 100% lovely and perfect for our stay. The beds and baths were great, the AC was cold, and the view from the balcony is underrated — clear views of the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio, as well as the hills. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Duomo, which is the epicenter of Florence. There are not too many eateries immediately by the place, but within 5 minutes you’re near a ton. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We loved staying with Rosella first of all. The Flat is right at the Heart of florence so you can get to all the sites by foot. We had some great nightouts in the nearby bars and on the balcony with a nice view of the old city center. For everyone coming to florence i can only urge you to stay with Rosella.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Friendly & super responsive host. Loved the Italian architecture of the building, but comfortable within the renovated interiors of the unit. Stayed in Time room with seniors & a child, had all necessary amenities. Great location, far enough from the chaos yet close to the main square & train station.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
