Great cozy house in the middle of nature, not too far from the city of Florence. Had a great time and Francesco was a great host. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our time at Sobreta! So grateful to Mattia for his generous hosting. He went above and beyond to try and help us solve an issue that had nothing to do with our booking with him. This was a beautiful place to base ourselves to explore Tuscany. We can’t wait to come back!

Wow I don’t have enough words to express how amazing Patricia’s place is. When we arrived, it felt like we were at home! It was so incredibly cozy and homey, and she has such personal touches to each space of the home. Patrizia was always in contact making sure we had everything that we needed, and if we had a question or needed help with anything around the home, she was there! It is also in such a beautiful part of Tuscany, with good distance to go to Florence if you plan on visiting there. If you are debating on staying on here, don’t hesitate! Book your stay with Patrizia it is worth it.

What a beautiful styled property to relax and enjoy the Tuscan scenery in a tranquil setting! We stayed in one of the self contained apartments equipped for cooking. An open dining & kitchen area with a floor-ceiling window allowed us to enjoy the breeze; as all windows have mosquito screens. For morning coffee or sunset glass of wine we could adjourn to an outside table and chairs. The immaculate landscaped garden gently slopes down to an infinity pool inviting you to immerse in the cool water or take shade on a garden lounger under surrounding olive trees as you overlook the wonderful country view. With only few occupants we could enjoy the pool exclusively for a time. Cristina has considered everything and a meticulous eye for design and order is evident all around. The beautiful working kitchen and dining area mimic those in interiors magazines and a culinary prowess is apparent if you choose to enjoy Cristina's luxuriant breakfast, which we implore you to experience at least once!

Really nice location in a peaceful environment. Jacopo has been really responsive from the booking until the check-out, giving us also useful advice.

If you want a bed for the night with amazing views across the balcony, this is the place for you. Stefano is an amazing host - thank you The Terrace flat is tiny . I wouldn’t plan to spend any time there, but the bed is comfortable. Walking into the centre is a slow 20 minute walk .

A beautiful place to stay, very clean and Violetta is a gracious host. She provided excellent information about the local area. My mother was raised in Firenze, so we came many times to visit the family. I picked her place because it was close to where my last Italian family lives. And it's far enough from the touristy Firenze to me beautiful and quiet. Violetta even helped me find info on my cousin. What a beautiful stay! Come and enjoy this beautiful Tuscan hillside area!

This was a terrific apartment experience for me - great location just a few blocks from the Duomo, well-provisioned with all needed kitchen and other supplies. This centuries old historic building has been beautifully enhanced through a very well done high-end luxury renovation and was a perfect base for a week-long visit to Florence. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marco’s beautiful place! The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The swimming pool and stunning views of the Tuscan countryside created the perfect setting to relax, read a book, or enjoy a glass of wine. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was Marco himself—his warm personality and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. We highly recommend staying at Marco’s and would love to come back someday!

Silvia’s place was super great. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Easy to get taxis into city center. But plenty of restaurants and bars near by. She was so helpful and even figured out a way to get me in when I forgot the keys. Quick to reply and so kind. Thank you for a great stay in Florence!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Having an elevator was a blessing on days we were exhausted and air conditioning in every room meant we didn’t have to melt the few days we had really hot weather. Location is super convenient with the Mercato Centrale, Firenze SMN station, and the Medici chapel just around the corner from us. The grocery store downstairs was well stocked and there’s also a dollar store, pharmacy, and gym nearby.

Family of four (kids 18 & 22) stayed here on holiday. We wanted a comfortable place near sights. This was a perfect place for us. It’s within 20 minutes walking distance of nearly everything you’d want to see in Florence. Paola’s apartment was comfortable & spacious. Clean and as described. Beds were comfortable and pillows as well. We were met upon arrival at the building for a quick tour which was welcoming. The upstairs terrace was an awesome view of the city in all directions. Local supermarket is convenient for your everyday needs just a 5m walk away, as is Ponte Vecchio. If you’re there in Summer months it can be a busy thoroughfare outside but that didn’t make the apartment loud. It was a nice getaway from the action of you need it. It’s a confusing city to navigate without maps but worth getting lost in smaller streets nearby in the area surrounding Piazza Santo Spirito. Really tasty food & wine windows at non-touristy local places very near this apartment.
