Five minute walk to Henry Cowell State Park and a short 6 mile drive to Santa Cruz's beaches and downtown. The studio is attached to the owner residence but has a private entrance, kitchenette, bathroom and gas fireplace. Deck surrounded by redwoods, is partitioned for privacy. Studio is good for couples and solo travelers.

Cozy 1-Bedroom duplex in Seabright

Walk to Boardwalk, beach and restaurants. One bedroom duplex located in lower Seabright is cozy and clean. Everything you will need including washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, etc. There is a full kitchen with gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of storage to unpack. There is a twin sofa sleeper in the living room. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 11 am. We do not host pets. We only host guests with positive host ratings.
