Weekend ULTRA TOP Giovanni incredibile Super disponibile, ci è venuto a prendere in aeroporto, ci ha dato tutte le info necessarie per un soggiorno perfetto, e soprattutto ci ha aiutato a recuperare i pezzi perduti del ‘post-Ibiza’ Appartamento come descritto, con camera, divano letto, balcone e piscina Super location a due metri dal pacha e vicino alla spiaggia talamanca con buoni locali e ristoranti Ovviamente ci ritorneremo Grazie!!

Our trip to Ibiza was a long & long-awaited one, as we're from the US & came for a very special family wedding. From start to finish, Giovanni treated us like royalty & made us feel at home. The Himalayan hacienda was SPECTACULAR: impeccably clean, great amenities (well-equipped kitchen, GREAT air conditioning, fantastic water pressure in the showers), & VERY spacious (there were 5 of us there together). We were instantly comfortable & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Giovanni himself is a GEM of a host. He greeted us daily with a smile & wonderful recommendations for beaches & restaurants to visit. He was always available for questions & advice either in person or via WA (eg, on our 1st day, the toaster in the kitchen sparked & blew out the power; within 1 hr, he had it fully fixed!). And he treated my 4-year-old daughter like a princess, bringing her "surprises" daily of pool floats & beach toys. In short, our experience with Encanto del Rio was completely magical! Thank you, Giovanni!!!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in de accommodatie van Jean. Hartelijke ontvangst, vriendelijk, heel communicatief, betrouwbaar en flexibel. Het appartement is heel praktisch en modern ingericht, ontzettend proper en netjes, handige en ingewerkte opbergkasten, voorzien van alles wat je zou kunnen nodig hebben; ruim assortiment keukengerei, wasmachine, strijkijzer en strijkplank, haardroger,... Goede bedden en hoofdkussens voor een goede nachtrust. Bijkomend is deze locatie top! Gelegen aan de haven, op wandelafstand van supermarkt, het strand, oude stad, ferry, vlotte invalswegen.... echt super! Enig puntje wat ik zou kunnen opmerken is dat er in de advertentie een privé parking beschreven staat, deze is uitsluitend toegankelijk voor de eigenaar, niet voor huurders. Je kan wel vrij parkeren op de openbare weg wat buiten het seizoen vrij goed meevalt maar in het hoogseizoen wel eens moeilijk kan zijn. Verder zou ik dit appartement en deze host aan iedereen aanbevelen

La pasamos increíble, si alquilas un coche, la ubicación es perfecta, pues queda a solo unos minutos del Puerto de Ibiza y de Es Vedrá. Volveríamos sin duda.

Trés bel emplacement. Personnel très réactif au moindre problèmes. Parle français. La communication depuis la France est excellente. Lits confortable. Tout le matériel nécessaire est présent. Néanmoins une fausse cloison( porte condamnée avec plastique) dans notre appartement laissait passer le moindre bruit de nos voisins. Une vraie isolation entre les appartements est à envisager rapidement pour un confort de chacun.

Everything was fantastic!!! We will definitely stay again and recommend to all our friends and family! Beautiful, private space in an amazing location of the island. Katarin and Jan were the best hosts, allowed us to check-out late to accommodate a late flight and put beers in fridge for our arrivals! 10/10!!! 😘

Het is een rustige buurt met supermarkt en leuke restaurants in de buurt. Wel handig om goede schoenen mee te nemen want de wegen zijn steil. We liepen vaak langs de weg langs het strand naar Santa Eulalia. De parallelweg langs de boulevard zijn leuke restaurants te vinden voor een goede prijs.

The house and its location are simply gorgeous. We are a family of five including kids and the house was absolutely perfect and can easily accommodate several families. The environment is gorgeous and quiet, kids (and adults!) can enjoy the pool which is big. It has a very kitsch and funny mosaic detail on the floor - lot of fun! ;) We have been watching the stars after sunset outside and the view was breathtaking. All the equipments and furnitures were new and nicely arranged: house is in the perfect Ibiza vibe. Our host was welcoming and thoughtful - actually one of the nicest host I have met.

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. The pictures don’t even begin to describe the beauty of the property. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with fruit trees and tucked away outdoor reading/napping beds. The pool and hot tub were delightful and came with an ample amount of towels. Inside the home was equally cozy and inviting.

Our stay at Vicente's villa in Ibiza was exceptional. The stunning sea view and beautiful landscape greatly enhanced our experience. The villa was spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully decorated, with three comfortable bedrooms and multiple stylish living areas. The massive swimming pool and extensive outdoor space were perfect for enjoying Ibiza’s lovely weather. Vicente was an outstanding host—friendly, proactive, and accommodating to our needs and schedule. We highly recommend Vicente’s villa and look forward to returning!

Wir waren als Freundesgruppe da, es war super schön - tolles Haus, 6 Schlafzimmer und 5 Badezimmer zzgl. Outdoor-Badezimmer und Outdoor-Dusche. Die Ausstattung war üppig und alles benötigte vorhanden, sowohl Küche, Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, als auch Outdoor (Poolbereich, Terassenmöbel etc.). Vielen Dank an unseren Host für die flexible Ankunft und Abreise, sowie die immer schnelle und hilfsbereite Kommunikation.|.

What a beautiful place this villa is. Was perfect for our family of 6 and a baby. Villa was spotless on arrival and kitchen well equipped. Loads of space, peaceful, pool area has plenty of loungers/parasols. Natural shade too which was perfect for the baby. Stefan met us on arrival at a local restaurant as the villa is up in the mountains and would be difficult to find otherwise but once you know where it is there’s no problem. Great situation, about 25 mins to the airport, Ibiza town and San Antonio. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

La maison es superbe !!! Beaucoup de charme très grande , plein de dépendance , la piscine es super grande , une vrai finca d Ibiza , bel ensoleillement, on y dort bien , vous trouvez la maison facilement , bien placé , le petit village es genial , la propriétaire la petite mamie qui vient arroser son beau jardin es extra !! Allez y les yeux fermés !!

Hemos estado de maravilla sin echar nada en falta. Para nosotros ha sido una estancia de 10.

Super séjour chez Victoria. L’appartement est idéal, la vue est splendide, il est très bien équipé. De plus, la piscine est vraiment très agréable. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances grâce à Victoria ! Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Great apartment. The pool bar was lovely & staff really friendly too. Lots of amenities at the apartment. Walking distance from Cala Longa, good selection of bars & restaurants.

Audrey is an amazing host, it was a real pleasure to stay at her place, super responsive to any needs or concerns. I highly recommend her Apt.

The place is in a great residence next to pacha yet it's quiet and you feel at home right away. The Jacuzzi terrace is beautiful, you couldn't ask for a better spot. Marta has been incredible and I recommend everyone to come and check their place.
