We loved everything about Cheryl’s house! It was cozy and comfortable. We loved the kitchen, great king beds and two outdoor patio spaces. Nice bathrooms and open concept living space. Decorated beautifully. Very quiet neighborhood and good access to Canyon road. Cheryl was flexible with our check in and available to us if needed. However we didn’t need anything and our stay was wonderful!Would definitely recommend!!

One of the best hosts ive had the pleasure of staying with! They were so accommodating and even notified us that we could check in early if we got into town sooner, which was super nice! I would definitely stay with them again.

My wife and I had a fabulous 6 day stay here. We loved the kitchenette, backyard space, quiet neighborhood and cozy spaces and much more. It was the perfect place for us as we explored Santa Fe and its surroundings by car. It was comfortable, modern and meticulously kept with all the necessary amenities. The home was well-appointed from the firepit on the back patio, games for the family, and assortment of coffee available in the kitchen. Victor has made the home a respite for all. The location was close to restaurants, shopping, and local entertainment. Thank you Victor for providing us a place to enjoy our girls weekend!

We were in for a wedding. Our original place to stay turned out to be extremely small and not coducive for four women. We were so lucky to find Francis's listing that had just come available! It is beautiful! We had so much room and enjoyed walking for exercise. We loved the private sirene location. The home is huge, beautiful location and very relaxing. We plan to try to book again for a girls weekend in the future!

The casita is absolutely lovely. Old and charming mixed with modern amenities we all need. There were wall niches of differing sizes and shapes in the old thick walls and 3 kiva fireplaces. The was a lot of space in each room. The patio was peaceful and lovely. Blooming roses, shading trees and a large outdoor dining table. Enchanting!

Myra’s place is a bit off the beaten path- far enough to be peaceful but still only maybe 12-13 minutes from the plaza or the farmers market which is absolutely wonderful. The home itself is laid out well, very clean and well stocked in terms of pantry items. Beds are comfortable, showers are near futuristic, water is nice and toasty. It is a townhome that is attached to another, but not in a way that interrupts your privacy or anything. We never even knew there were neighbors except for them pulling their car in at night because it’s a shared lot for both units. Above the awesome stay, Myra is an awesome host. She reached out to make sure we got checked in and followed up the next day to verify everything was in perfect order, which was a really nice touch. We had a group of several people with several pets, and Myra was very kind/accommodating which is something I saw less of than I expected from hosts here in Santa Fe. Overall, 11/10 recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Erika’s peaceful home. Although the location is about 20 min from downtown Santa Fe, it is an easy commute, and the nearby amenities in El Dorado were great: grocery store, brewery, restaurants, gas station. We all looked forward to getting back to the house after a busy day touring the city. We felt right at home and very welcomed by Erika. Mornings and evenings we spent around the big round table, talking, enjoying each other’s company and looking out at the expansive views. Our dog loved the big fenced in yard and the incredibly quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We took full advantage of the easy access to the Rail trail, which you can seemingly walk on forever. After we left and continued our trip to Taos, this home was a daily topic of conversation, as we all wished we were still there. Thank you to our fantastic hosts for sharing your home and making us feel so welcome and cared for!

Wonderful villa with incredible views we enjoyed daily. Kitchen was impressively stocked! Large bedrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries. Enjoyed the pool also. We always feel Bishop's Lodge area is secure and very private, yet easy access to everything Santa Fe has to offer! A Vacation Different communicated VERY well and always quickly and kindly responded to our needs and questions--loved working with them!

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and great location of this property. Very easy to get around to do all of our favorite sightseeing AND eating.

We stayed here for a week, and would have stayed longer if it was available. The space is small but very thoughtfully laid out with more amenities than some Airbnbs we’ve stayed at that were three times the size. I’m almost six feet tall and was worried the low ceilings in the loft would bother me, but they really weren’t a problem. The skylight at the top of the staircase is one of those thoughtful elements, making it easy to transition from the high ceilings downstairs to the low upstairs. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, with lots of local knowledge they’re happy to share. And the location is great, in a quiet neighborhood close to the best spots in Santa Fe.

I've stayed in many vacation rentals and Steven's home in Santa Fe was by far the best! Steven was always so responsive, especially when answering all the questions I sent! The home is gorgeous! The setting is gorgeous! I so enjoyed watching 5 deer just outside the front door! The home was so well prepared and had everything I could use throughout my 10-day stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, utensils and serving pieces I would need to make a gourmet dinner. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and also had anything I needed. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were super soft! And the local grocery store even delivered to the property!! Steven's restaurant recommendations were perfect! My family had a great time in Santa Fe and it was made even better by Steven's home. I would suggest this vacation home to everyone looking to visit Santa Fe!!

The house is beautifully decorated and extremely clean - - the photos do not do it justice! The kitchen is very well appointed. The owners were very good at providing us with all the necessary information to make our stay pleasant to the point that we did not have a need to reach out to them at any time. We felt right at home and would most definitely stay there again. We highly recommend staying at this property.

The space was perfect for what we needed. Actually bigger than I was expecting considering the studio description. The views are unbelievably beautiful; when you are done hiking or trying the food in town, this stay is the perfect spot to regroup, and enjoy the amazing views of the "cerros" with a cold drink on the porch area. Not only will I be recommending Santa Fe to all my friends, but I will be recommending this stay in particular. No notes, 10/10

Quiet and well away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Santa Fe. For us, this location was close to fun thrift stores (The Cat Stores and the Horse Rescue Shelter Thrift) and our favorite restaurant, The Ranch House. Still an easy drive to downtown via I-25 to Old Pecos Trail. We also traveled to Abiquiu and Ghost Ranch via 599/Vets Memorial Highway. Clean, nicely decorated with a western flair and extremely responsive hosts. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I wanted just a night away, and this peaceful farm stay was perfect for us. There are beautiful flowers and fields all around, and the only noises were the occasional bleating of the goats nearby (which was cute anyway). It was cozy and welcoming, and the bathroom was really nice. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable too. We could tell Shawn and her family had put a lot of work into renovating and decorating the place; all the fine details were beautifully chosen. The farm was a short drive into Santa Fe, where we went to visit the downtown area for the evening. If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful place to stay that's still close to all the cool places in Santa Fe to visit, this is an excellent choice.

John’s place had everything you’d need in such a cleverly designed place; there was even two coffee machines both with pods provided. He was meticulous in the detail provided in the house manual, so everything was clear. The ability to do laundry in the garage and generousness of using washing pods was a real bonus, that and the sauna. The sauna got hotter than the local hot springs and was a such a nice touch.

Destiny was very friendly and helpful and gave us a tour of their gardens and her studio and introduced us to their animals. She was very welcoming and we'd absolutely stay with her again.

We had a wonderful time at this casa! Such a peaceful, comfortable, beautiful, organized & super clean place. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for a great stay & was close to lots of shops and restaurants & things to do. We had such a relaxing time drinking our coffee out on the deck, enjoying all the beautiful gardens, & watching the hummingbirds and bunnies. The hosts were very easy to communicate with & made sure we had all the information we needed.

Paty was a great host. She responded really quickly to all our Qs. The place is beautiful and the tree farm is lovely to walk around. The river nearby is also a great spot at sunset. We’d highly recommend Paty’s place!

We loved the Casita. It was really what we had in mind: a peaceful stay in a place surrounded by nature. The house had all the amenities to make us feel at home; we enjoyed sitting at the deck every day to breath in the natural surroundings. I'd like to come back if there is an opportunity.
