Super recommendable everything! Mariano was very kind, attentive and clear with us. The stay was fantastic - everything was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The photos don't really reflect how barbaric it is to spend a few days there. The setting, privacy and versatility of the place to have a good time was incredible. Very grateful! The house is beautiful and the photos show exactly what you will encounter. The heating, which due to the cold weather it made is my stay was a concern, it is exelente. Another point where I am very critical the comfort of the mattresses and armchairs in general and they are really good. I'm not going to describe the views because the photos show them by themselves. BEAUTIFUL. They were very friendly and always willing to solve inconveniences and responding quickly, before and during the stay. The house is in an area very close to the most touristic area of the city and very close to the center too. To recommend!

We stayed as a family of four. A newer apartment in great shape, Beautiful views of the city and excellent location. Maria was a great host and it would be a place I would like to stay again. We were very pleased with this rental.

Alejandro was very friendly and supportive since the very beginning. The place was very organized, clean and quiet, in spite of being located in a high transit area. Exactly what was advertised. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as heaps of bus stops to get around the most important places of the city. Highly recommended!

First of all, I would like to talk about Pablo, an excellent super proactive, very kind and attentive person from the first contact, something that gave us a very nice feeling before starting the trip. The apartment is very nice and cozy with all the amenities, very bright, everything is a 10. For anyone who wants to spend a few days in Paraná, it is an excellent option. There are plenty of places to eat, 24-hour supermarkets, breweries, and everything can be done on foot if you want.

Due to force majeure (weather), we were unable to enjoy our reservation. The host was very kind and present... we hope to have the experience soon.

Very good stay. The apartment is very comfortable, tidy and clean with everything you need. The apartment's location is excellent in front of the Puerto and one block from the pedestrian San Martín. The views from the terrace are amazing. Gregorio is very attentive and both check-in and check-out are very agile.

Excellent apartment in a beautiful location. I highly recommend Juani's apartment. It's exactly as shown in the photos. The reception by his brother Leandro with accurate and very kind recommendations, was more than welcome. I highly recommend staying in this apartment to get to know the city of Santa Fe. For those of us from Buenos Aires, it's the closest thing to Puerto Madero you'll find. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and nice places to eat in the surroundings.
