Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Great flat to explore Cortona! Excellent location and had everything you need

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

We cannot express how much we loved our stay at Saverio’s. It was absolutely PERFECT! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The home itself was beautiful in construction, clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including little extras like fresh coffee, teas, local advertisements for restaurants, and also recommended the local grocery for toiletries or food items. Saverio’s home couldn’t be in a better location, tucked in a charming part of the countryside with views that will take your breath away and make you fall in love with this part of Italy. Even being out-of-town, you are close to everything. The town of Magione has a wonderful and friendly restaurant with fantastic pizza and entrees- I Cento Passi. Saverio, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we are grateful for the experience.

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

This house is so beautiful. It is at the bottom of town.. if you drive it’s perfect because you can park near the house, cute coffee shop and free parking if you get lucky! View is so beautiful both from the house and walking into town. I’m really happy with location and house. He was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again!

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The best part was the host – so kind, warm, and welcoming! They made sure I had everything I needed and were always just a message away. 😊 Just something to note for future guests: the house is quite remote and up a hill, with no nearby neighbors. It can feel a little quiet. if you're not used to that kind of setting. But if you're looking for peace, privacy, and a break from the busy world, this is the perfect escape. Overall, a lovely stay with a wonderful host. Thank you so much for everything! 🌟

We loved our stay. The host was amazing, and the house had everything we needed. The internet was very fast and supported my work requirements back in the USA. What a fabulous place - if you want to escape from it all, this is the place to come! Love the private pool too! Air conditioning in the bedroom was very good and appreciated. Olga and Max were very accommodating and answered questions very quickly. Maybe consider installing a BBQ outside the house otherwise could not fault it and we cannot wait to return!

We had a lovely stay — the villa is absolutely beautiful and we had a great time enjoying the space and surroundings. The location is also ideal, close to stunning towns like Pienza. A few improvement points: there was no proper coffee-making equipment, just a few filters; the fireplace hadn’t been cleaned and had no firelighters; and the air conditioning didn’t work in about half the rooms. Also, the check-in wasn’t smooth — the time was moved to 16:00, but the cleaners were still busy when all 14 of us arrived. With a bit more attention to these details, it could be a truly exceptional stay.

The location was amazing; quiet, magical and super beautiful! Luca is a very good hostess. The only downside was that we could not yet use the sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi. But otherwise really great!

One of the most beautiful AirBnBs we've ever visited! Alessandro is very friendly and gave us great tips for activities. You have a great garden with fantastic views! The perfect accommodation for people who want to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. I can wholeheartedly recommend AirBnB.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

What tranquility and what a view. Beautiful estate and super friendly people who try to make you feel comfortable. Also a nice and pleasant swimming pool for when it is very hot.

We had an amazing week long stay!! Sabrina is a fantastic host! The apartment was SO clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was very yummy and fresh! We did the dinner one night and it was so amazing! Location is great too. Easy drive to many close by towns, grocery stores, and restaurants. The property is beautiful with lots of flowers. A little too cold for the pool during our stay but our kids loved the swing set and teeter totter. Absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a very nice time at Giacomo's place. The area is beautiful and we were able to explore everything with a borrowed e-bike thanks to Giacomo's recommendations. The restaurant in the village was a dream, we went there on Giacomo's recommendation. Everything was great!

Cozy place, the decor of the house cared for in every detail, a mountain house feels like a dip in the past. Ida provided all the information in a clear, detailed and accurate way, she recommended us to see the village of Santa Fiora (wonderful! to visit) a few kilometers from Bagnolo. I recommend it to those who love quiet places in contact with nature.

Self check-in, nice environment, quiet and comfortable, suitable for driving, communication is smooth... The room is clean and characteristic, worth coming again, Tuscany is beautiful...

The accommodation was completely in line with the description, very well located because it's close to Saturnia. It offers a quiet and relaxing setting after a day of wandering in the Tuscan countryside. Small positive point, the apartment keeps cool well! Francesca is very responsive, full of good advice. I recommend it!

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

The location was absolutely stunning—surrounded by breathtaking views, peaceful countryside, and just a short drive to charming villages and vineyards. The host was perfect—so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Every detail was thought through, and they made sure we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived.
