Small but functional apartment in a portion of a single house inside a residence. Large private garden and outdoor shower that pleasantly compensates for the inconvenience of the small and retro bathroom. Close to the very comfortable pizzeria residence, tobacco bar, market and ATM. In front of the free beach residence and not with restaurant. Otherwise you need a car. In general our stay was pleasant and Raffaella was available.

David gave us a wonderful home for 2 weeks. He was so kind to accompany us to the house the first time since the way up there was a little tricky. But the way was all worth it. The house is small but has everything you need. Waking up everyday and having a great view over the ocean and the hills is the best way to start your day. Coming home and taking a shower outdoors while watching the sun set behind the hills is something you won't forget. Also David was a great host and provided us with everything we asked for and gave us some great tips for beaches and activities. Grazie mille David!

The villa has a large and comfortable garden, the rooms are comfortable and all in all with the necessary accessories. Very convenient location for the beach, and extremely quiet. Paola and Michele were always kind, very helpful and extremely responsive, despite the holiday and the distance from their home, managing a small inconvenience in real time. Great communication and very useful information provided. The place is very nice and I think we will definitely be back for another vacation.

Matteo’s place has a really breathtaking view ! It’s also very quiet and peaceful. Also close to PSS via the shortcut. We had a wonderful time. Don’t miss a trip to Giglio !
