The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Las Casas de La Rueda (The Wheel Houses) - El Patio

Located on the southern slope of the island, in the volcanic caldera of Tirajana, an idyllic place. The view opens 360° to the palm groves of the valley and the volcanic peaks. It has a heated and salt-treated swimming pool with a waterfall. It is on a property next to another vacation home for two people. Both houses are completely independent and have their own entrances and services, with parking and the pool being the only shared areas. Therefore, privacy is guaranteed.

Relax and rest in a large garden where you can disconnect with its differentiated and protected spaces for the little ones, such as our pool with solarium, barbecue area and outdoor bathroom easily accessible after your refreshing bath. The house has two double rooms and a single room on the top floor, a large living room and kitchen with a dining table on the ground floor of large spaces and native decor; the best of the house.

The house is in the middle of an old neighborhood, away from tourist residences in Santa Lucia de Tirajana , 29 km from the airport. Smaller shops and several restaurants are within walking distance, the nearest larger supermarket in Vecindario is about 30 minutes away by car. A public outdoor swimming pool is located in the village. The Tirajana Valley is ideal for hiking lovers. We bought the house in February 2022 and completely renovated it.

Here you can freely choose whether you want to have company or stay alone. Since we ourselves have animals, your little companions are also welcome. Children are also welcome.
