It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach. The house is located in the center of Santa Margalida, in the upper part of the village, very close to the quiet central square and church square. It is a rehabilitation of an old house, although architectural elements of its 15th century construction origin have been preserved, also preserving the character of the house with the furniture that we have handcrafted in the family. Santa Margalida is located eight kilometers from the sea, facing the Bay of Alcudia.
