Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Very bright house with two bedrooms next to a natural harbor 100 meters from the center of the village. The location is excellent, with a large terrace overlooking the beautiful fishing port and the constant sound of the sea, the large windows overlook the cove. Next to the apartment are some of the most beautiful beaches, quiet coves with wonderful cliffs. It's a perfect place to enjoy walks on the Ruta Vicentina. Porto Covo is a nice and quiet place on the Aletejano coast.

Design & nature in traditional hilltop house

Welcome to the Serra de Grândola, a peaceful and serene area, perfect for those who like to be close to nature. The house is located in the village of São Francisco da Serra, with its small church, windmills and cork extraction workers. Nestled on the top of its hill, the house allows quick access to the lagoon of Santo André and the ocean (10km), the villages of Melides (15km), Grândola and Comporta. A car will be required.

105 sq. meter house, with 2000 sq. meter garden. Great light and sun exposure, swimming pool and large outdoor sitting area. The property has a cabin, totally independent, away and out of sight, where I stay in the summer. We only share the same access gate.

With a unique location, Porto Covo 47 is located in the village of Porto Covo, facing the sea. It is a project by architect João Favila Menezes - Atelier Bugio. Note: in the summer, reservations are for 7 nights, with arrivals and departures on Saturdays.
