Beachfront holiday rental in Santa Margherita di Pula

Our stay was truly something else and has definitely raised the bar for an Airbnb stay. The property was maintained in pristine condition, from the garden to the impeccable level of cleanliness that exceeded our expectations. The home’s appearance SURPASSED the already appealing photographs, a very inviting space. We were particularly delighted by the inclusion of a dryer, the thoughtful provision of beach essentials, and a TV in each room. The nearby town offered a great town square, featuring an array of excellent dining options, alongside a lively nighttime atmosphere (kid friendly). This property is highly recommended for a memorable stay!

A great accommodation in the middle of nature with views of the mountains and sea. Everything is exactly as shown. You have everything you need and can spend the whole day outside. There are many places to spend time on the property. Wonderful and secluded coves are within walking distance. A clear recommendation for all who love nature!

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

We had a really nice short break in Andrea's place, it is close to the beach with just walking distance. Additionally the garden is really nice and kid love it a lot

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook for yourself. Had problems with the WiFi, but Patrizia reacted quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

Our vacation in Elmira's house was very nice! The accommodation was very clean and the view from the terrace was beautiful. Communication with Enrico worked smoothly, Enrico was very nice, always available and responded very quickly. The beach Sa Ruxi is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes and Villasimius is also a few minutes away by car. The accommodation looks bigger in the photos, which did not bother us. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

The stay was very nice overall. Communication was mainly through the host's son, who speaks English very well and gave us helpful tips on activities and restaurants in the area. The complex is very well maintained, the pool is large and clean, and the view was very nice. For the host, it was okay that friends also visited us at the pool. A note for dog owners: Our uncastrated male and the free-running female on the property were difficult to separate from each other, which led to some effort. However, after consultation with the host, a solution could be found.

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

For our first trip to Sardinia we were absolutely happy with the house and especially with the location directly on the beach. There was no street in between and in general very very limited tourists as the house is part of a gated community with a high level of privacy and security. The beach was perfect, clean and the water as well. It feels like in the Caribbean Sea. We liked the house as it was very spacious with four bedrooms and we were also fascinated by the split level architecture of the house and the different levels of the terrace. All rooms were air conditioned and the living rooms as well as the kitchen were well supplied with modern aspects. Stefano was a great host who was always available for any needs. He was very flexible with our check-in and check-out, he helped us with many recommendations for restaurants, beaches and attractions. We really loved his assistance and we can fully recommend his properties to other guests. Thanks Stefano, we hope to see us again!

Beautiful home on a gorgeous beach. My young children loved the outdoor space and it was a great home for a relaxing vacation with meals outdoors. Alessandro was a very responsive host.

A beautiful house in a perfect location. Very nice beach directly at the house, accessible via private access. Francesco welcomed us super nicely and was always available. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We were completely satisfied.

The detached villa is located directly at the beach and thus has a great location. The view of the sea every morning was outstanding. The beach section right in front of the house is clean and quiet. The welcome by Laura, Marco's mother, was very warm and welcoming (Sardinian sweets, sparkling wine and ice cream as a welcome greeting). Communication with Marco and Laura was straightforward and friendly. The amenities and spaces have exceeded the description and pictures in the ad. The garden furniture has been renewed, for example, and the rooms are brighter and friendlier than on the pictures. The equipment of the house is excellent: a kayak, loungers for the garden, a warm outdoor shower, the kitchen was also very well equipped - only a dishwasher we missed something. We had a group of 10 people (2 children) and found room in the property. Thanks so much for a great week! We would come back any time!

Nice cottage with all necessities, traditional but with enough luxury. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived late, and got a lot of explanations about the house and surroundings. The rest of the week the owners were not there, but otherwise madre lives in the basement, and she has her own garden. We especially loved the big garden with flowers and lots of places to sit down. There were often sweet cats walking around, very cozy. It was incredibly quiet at night. We used the bikes to discover the many beaches, very convenient. In many places, beach bars were already open, even though it was still pre season. A somewhat larger supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The walk along the coast on the old Roman road is recommended.
