the perfect place for a rest and a holiday x everything we needed was there and access to the most beautiful beaches ever …… it was all so easy x

The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and nice. We enjoyed the stay and were able to relax well. The path to the beach is short on foot. In September, the beach was little occupied, access to the water quite flat (child-friendly) and the hosts provided beach chairs and a parasol. We were able to eat, read, play and hang our laundry directly in front of the house entrance under a large tent roof (washing machine is available in the house) and also park our car, secured by a garden gate. Small, practical-functional kitchenette with gas stove, enough dishes, two showers/toilets plus outdoor shower, which is convenient for "desanding" after the beach. Quiet residential area in a townhouse settlement. The hosts have a cute little dog and a young cat, in the residential area live pfaue and parakeets. We felt very comfortable there and can highly recommend the accommodation.

A wonderfully relaxing stay! I was warmly welcomed by Giuseppe's family and immediately felt welcome. The house is clean and well-maintained, quietly located, the kitchen is well equipped, and the view from the terrace is even better than in the photos. Sitting here with a glass of wine and watching the full moon rise over the sea: I won't forget that so soon, wonderful! Thank you!

Federica’s place perfect, we had a lovely stay, everything about the place was comfortable, especially the outdoor shower after the beach visit, and the convenient indoor parking spot!

We had a brillant stay, a beautiful home with everything you could ask for. Beaches, town and supermarket all walkable. A lovely host to welcome us and make recommendations. A well equipped kitchen and outside bbq. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 infants, the place was plenty big enough. We parked our saloon car on the drive and had free parking outside for the other. One of the best Airbnb we have had.

We enjoyed staying in the house. The tranquility was great, the garden bloomed so beautifully and the amenities were perfect. Everything was super clean and tidy. There was even olive oil, spices and in the bathroom there was shower gel and shampoo in the dispenser. As a welcome greeting, there were even 2 bottles of beer and a bottle of water in the refrigerator. Definitely not the norm! A small, sweet beach is within walking distance. However, you should have a car, as there is no other way to reach many places. Communication with Lara was super easy. Conclusion: We will be back 😁

My partner and I spent a wonderful week in this clean apartment, equipped with everything and very comfortable, a stone's throw from the center of Villasimius, the owners were really nice to us and also advised us where to eat in the evening, and extra tips also on beaches! After a week we reluctantly left this fantastic place, but with the positive thought that we will definitely return! A special thanks for making us have a wonderful vacation! See you soon ❤️

Manuella welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation was spotless and the setting beyond our expectations. The whole stay went very well and Manuella was able to answer any questions we had very quickly and very efficiently. Manuella really thought of everything when she created this place and the stay is more than pleasant. Everything is done to make your life easier and the quality of the hospitality is more than excellent. We will probably come back to see Manuella and enjoy her apartment and its setting. We recommend this host and their space 1000% ;)

Very nice apartment. Neat, clean and safe. Nice terrace to sit outside for a while. Close to arterial roads and only 20 minutes to Cagliari.

We spent two nights at Roberto's place and it was incredible. Clean, tidy, and very nice. Equipped with all the comforts and in a great location in the center of the city. I will definitely recommend it and would be happy to go back to it myself with my wife. Nothing was missing, in fact he also made us find a bottle of wine that we did not consume just because we were teething, but it is a gesture that we really appreciated.

We spent the week of August in Silvia's apartment, we had a great time; the house is exactly as in the photos. The apartment is clean and complete with everything you need (there are also two lounge chairs and an umbrella), it is located in a quiet area near supermarkets and a 5 min walk from downtown. Silvia is a friendly, helpful and very responsive host in answering any questions.

We had a wonderful time in this house by the sea in Sardinia! The location is simply unbeatable - you could really walk to the beach in your bathing suit. A very good restaurant was also within walking distance, and we ate excellently there. The house was perfectly equipped – we didn't miss anything. There were toys for children, a cot, a child seat and even parasols for the beach. The garden was a real highlight for our child - plenty of space to play and romp. We were particularly pleased that there was super gluten-free pizza in Cagliari - ideal for people with intolerances. The proximity to many other beautiful beaches was also great – you can quickly get everywhere by car. In addition, there was a very generous basic supply of food, shower gel and other useful things – thank you Stefano

This place is incredible

The stay with Elodie and Luca was all around successful. They were both very friendly and accommodating. The place matched the descriptions. A dartboard and a ping pong table are available and complete the great outdoor area, with a wonderful view. We would like to emphasize the folder created by Elodie and Luca with great tips (restaurants, beaches, etc.). Here you could orient yourself very well. If we had any questions, both were very easy to reach and pointed out the upcoming winds and a corresponding choice of beach. Torre delle Stelle is characterized by two super beautiful bays, insanely nice people and shopping/restaurants. In addition, the village is quite central, so you can quickly reach, for example, Cagliari, Villasimius or Pula. Thanks Elodie and Luca for this great vacation!

We had a lovely and relaxing time in the house which was very well equipped. From detergent to iron, there was everything you need. The house is comfortably furnished, so the four of us felt very comfortable. Some mornings we spent on the sunny terrace with a beautiful view. A good pizzeria is a 2-minute walk away. Even to the most beautiful beaches with light blue water and powder sand, you can drive from there in just 40 minutes. Highly recommend!

Alberto’s place exceeded our expectations- the location, views and amenities were phenomenal! We enjoyed meals on the terrace and relaxing after days of exploration around the island every day. The sunsets blew us away and the sound of the waves created an incredible atmosphere of relaxation. It was one of our best vacations- and we would definitely stay at Bella Vista again- we loved it!

Nadia's house is in an excellent location to reach the most beautiful beaches of Chia and also Teulada and Santa Margherita di Pula. The area is very quiet and lends itself to a seaside holiday and serenity. The house, although small in size, is perfect for 2-3 people, furnished with intelligence and taste in a marine style, it immediately makes you feel on vacation; equipped with everything you need and even more, new, clean and fresh. The magnificent patio offers the possibility to spend pleasant evenings outside. Finally, the availability of the owner and the precious and professional Sabrina complete the super positive experience of this stay in Chia. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

townhouse in a small, clean and very quiet secure subdivision. The apartment is very functional and clean, well-equipped and decorated (to our taste...). Donatella is very pleasant, available and efficient. Very good stay, close to a large supermarket and a large beach. Good base for visiting the south of Sardinia!

Very friendly and caring host. Only 5 mins walk to a small but beautiful beach with crystal clear water and beautiful sunsets. In the description it said no wifi, TV or washing machine but actually you have them all. We spent a beautiful and unforgetable week there. Thank you, Luca! :) Highly recommend.

Super nice apartment, bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is super equipped :) very quiet at night and super private. Car definitely important! There are plenty of parking spaces! Clear recommendation
