Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Santa Margherita Ligure

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung super wohl gefühlt. Da es zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes in Genua extrem heiß war, genossen wir vor allem die Klimaanlage! Angenehm war auch der Aufzug, da die Wohnung im 5. Stock iegt. Lorenzo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihm funktionierte schnell und ohne Probleme. Wir würden jeder Zeit gerne wieder kommen!

Amamos nuestra estadía en la villa de Stefano! El apartamento es muy comodo, con todo lo que necesitas para sentirte a gusto. La vista es MARAVILLOSA, un sueño y un gran privilegio. Si tienes la oportunidad de reservar no dudes en hacerlo. Andy estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo. PD: Hay que subir muchas escaleras, asi que si vas con personas mayores tal vez pueda ser un obstáculo, pero vale completamente la pena.

We loved Andrea’s place. Six of us stayed and each had our own bed. The apartment is a great space, just what we needed as a base for a trip to the seaside. It’s very fresh and airy in the evening which is great for sleeping. You’re right in the middle of Sori, a very short walk to the beach so easy to go back and forth and plenty of bars and restaurants etc around. The parking space is a lifesaver when it’s busy in the summer. Would definitely recommend!

sehr schöne, große Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Genua. Alles war sehr sauber und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Maria war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gegeben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein echter Geheimtipp! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern hatte auch diese besondere Atmosphäre, die man nicht buchen kann – die muss da sein. Gastgeberin herzlich, Lage top, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wer hier schläft, schläft gut – wer hier wohnt, will nicht mehr weg. 5/5.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect, very walkable and close to everything you could need, from cafes and shops to local attractions. The place itself was spotless and felt very comfortable and welcoming. The host left some focaccia, which was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful touch. Communication with the host was fantastic as well, they were super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

La casa di Petra è veramente un gioiello nel cuore di una zona della Liguria che amo molto. Pulita, luminosa, tranquilla…aprire la finestra della stanza e affacciarsi direttamente sul mare vale il soggiorno! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Petra!

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Erika est très sympathique et fait son maximum pour nous satisfaire: logement très propre et joliment décoré, fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire, plein de victuailles et de petites attentions, des recommandations concernant tout ce qu'il est possible de faire à Gênes et dans les environs, reste hyper disponible selon nos besoins, etc... Très agréable de revenir dans cet environnement calme et verdoyant après avoir été en ville. Nous nous sommes déplacés en bus et en métro en laissant la voiture à la place qui lui est réservée, c'était très facile. En quittant le logement, nous nous sommes aventurés sur les collines en prenant une route indiquée par Erika en face du restaurant à proximité, la vue sur les collines verdoyantes, Gênes et la mer est superbe.

L’alloggio è confortevole, e silenziosissimo, abbiamo apprezzato la particolarità con questa vasca idromassaggio di grandissime dimensioni, e la struttura tutta in sasso. La notte è stata tranquilla con un buon letto comodo. Sicuramente consiglierei questo tipo di alloggio per soggiorni brevi, diciamo per passare un weekend romantico e ritrovarsi in un piccolo ma particolarissimo nido per coppia. Solo il bagno un po' sacrificato, ma per un weekend può andare bene. Molto apprezzabile la parte del barbecue privato. Per quanto riguarda l’accoglienza da parte di Stefano devo dire molto amichevole e disponibile.

Amazing stay! Lothar is the most hospitable host we've ever met and the place is absolutely breathtaking, especially the view. We definitely recommend staying at this villa if you want to connect with nature in a quiet and friendly atmosphere with stunning views. Thanks a lot!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

We loved our stay and Daniela was a great host. The location is beautiful and the views are amazing - but just be prepared that the walk into town is very steep and the path a little overgrown - not so easy after dark or with shopping! For us through, it was more than worth it for the views. The villa was lovely, very traditional Italian style and had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit and not very easy to find in this area so we and the kids loved it. We felt very at home. One thing to note is that the rubbish disposal is a little difficult and we had to dispose of all of our rubbish ourselves, which we didn't realise - the bins are located at the bottom of a very steep hill and road so if you don't have a car, it isn't easy. Other than that, we loved our stay and will hopefully return!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Olive Press Lodge - leider zu kurz. Das Anwesen ist so schön und liebevoll gepflegt, wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir wurden von Thomas sehr freundlich und offen empfangen und er hatte auch in den kommenden Tagen stets ein offenens Ohr, hatte kostbare Tipps und war hilfbereit - auf eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Weise. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass sie nebenan wohnen, wir fühlten uns zu Hause und Willkommen. Das Haus selber hat alles, was man braucht, man kann sich sofort wohl und angekommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch Regentage und haben es genossen, dass es drin so geräumig und so gemütlich ist. Die Olivenhaine drumherum und der schöne Garten, der, wie alles, liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet und gepflegt ist, runden das Ganze wundervoll ab. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und ich kann jedem diesen wunderbaren Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Maria e Suo marito sono due persone Fantastiche! Disponibili e puntuali. Il bellissimo appartamento dal vivo è ancora più bello! Immerso nel paesino stupendo dove ci sono persone accoglienti e gentili! Sopratutto la zia di Maria che gestisce il bar vicino casa! Per arrivare al centro di Genova in circa 20 minuti percorrendo una strada bellissima immersa nel verde! Casa ha ogni confort, materassi confortevoli lenzuola ricamate e profumatissime. Abbiamo mangiato nello spazio esterno con la cucina fornita al 100%! Non abbiamo avuto problemi di parcheggio e il wifi molto veloce! Sono stato con i miei due figli, loro si sono divertiti molto. Insomma veramente una esperienza unica! Anche il riscaldamento dopo averlo acceso, in pochi minuti la casa era caldissima! Finestre molto grandi per ammirare il panorama, casa luminosissima! Arredata veramente bene con piccole accortezze che la rendono piacevole! Consiglio vivamente, sono certo che passerete giorni indimenticabili come i nostri!

El lugar es excelente, esta muy bien ubicado, es moderno y tiene cocina completa, lavarropa y todas las comodidades para sentirse como en casa. Repetiría la experiencia sin duda. Barbara es muy amorosa y nos dejo incluso hacer el check in antes de tiempo estipulado, pero también nos ofreció dejar las maletas en el caso de no poder adelantar el checkin. Sinceramente un 10. 💎

Wunderbar gelegen, Strände, Geschäfte, Restaurants gleich nebenan. Trotz Lärm von früh bis spät haben wir gut geschlafen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at Massimiliano's flat. The place looked beautiful and was very clean. Massimiliano provided us with a list of recommendations, which were great especially the restaurants and bars. Upon arrival we were met by Fabrizio, who was very kind and welcoming. He showed us the place and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment is located in the historical part of Genova, near some cafés and restaurants which can be loud at night, but this didn't bother us.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giuseppe et Valeria . Le logement est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse au cœur du vieux Gênes. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée . Giuseppe est très disponible pour conseiller les vacanciers et en cas de soucis . Vraiment parfait . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😍

Ottima soluzione per avere facile accesso sia al centro di Genova che al porto antico, alloggio incredibilmente spazioso e adatto comodamente a 4 persone; ottimo per soggiorni di breve o lunga durata che siano. Host molto gentile e con ottimi consigli sulla zona.

We were so lucky that we could book Silvia's gorgeous place last minute. She was responsive, lively, and full interesting information upon our arrival. We were in awe about the flat bubbling of history and past centuries. We can highly recommend staying here for several nights as both the flat and Genoa keep giving memorable experiences ✨️ Thank you for this time, Silvia, and see you soon again!

Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! We love to come back with a smaller stroller! :)
