This apartment is terrific! Stunning views! We loved the terrace and the incredible and convenient location for beautiful walks, restaurants and the ferry. It has lovely updated bathrooms a nice lift, all the beds were comfortable including the pull out couch. It has high ceilings and big beautiful windows that look out over the sea, truly an incredible view. Elena was wonderful, responsive and accommodating. We arrived on the first warm day of the season and she had the HVAC tech come by shortly after arriving to turn the system over to air conditioning. We would definitely book this place again, thank you Elena for a truly lovely stay!

Great stay at Daniela's. The view from the terrace is really amazing. Daniela is super accommodating and recommended good places that she was able to book for us. As in most seaside homes in the area, the train passes just behind the house, which is convenient for visiting the surrounding villages but causes a little noise pollution.

This worked out perfect for us. The place was conveniently located and was great to be directly on the water. The air conditioning was so helpful, and the beds were really comfortable. The linens were the perfect weight for the temperature. It was great to have a clothes line out on the balcony to hang up or swim stuff. We enjoyed the place very much. As we are just hiking through the area we didn’t really have time to explore the local restaurants or shops but it was easy to access and not at all complicated. Thanks

Super clean apartment and wonderful view. It is worth all 4 floors to be done on foot without an elevator. Despite being on a street full of bars and restaurants, in the house you only hear the sound of the waves, the seagulls, the swallows and the bells of the church right in front. We will certainly return.

This was a gorgeous location! Highly recommended if you want a getaway right on the water.

Our first time in Italy, let alone Liguria, and Nervi was the perfect balance between activity and quiet. Easy train access to Genova and other towns along the coast. The home was amazing, especially the location with direct access to the sea. We alternated days of sightseeing with down time on the beach, swimming, snorkeling, and lounging. Also had quick access to the Passagiata Garibaldi, a beautiful walk along the cliffs overlooking the sea. This region of Italy seems overlooked for more glamorous locales. Our drive to the Piemonte wine region (Alba) was a highlight! This home and prime location in Nervi is a must.

Amazing stay! Lothar is the most hospitable host we've ever met and the place is absolutely breathtaking, especially the view. We definitely recommend staying at this villa if you want to connect with nature in a quiet and friendly atmosphere with stunning views. Thanks a lot!

Great location right in the middle of all the action in a cute small popular town. we loved having the balcony to enjoy the view during the stay. The beach right in front of the house does get crowded during the day and night. We didn't mind it at all and enjoyed it but something to consider if you are traveling in the high season and want more privacy.

What a view! We absolutely loved the flat. With the beautiful private terrace overlooking the deep blue ocean you hardly ever want to leave. But the beautiful village of Bogliasco is worth it. Right outside the door is Peruzzi, perfect for local food, coffee or a drink at night, the nicest gelateria down the road and great places to enjoy the water. The flat is really comfortable and provided for everything we needed. We tremendously enjoyed our stay and would love to return soon!

The apartment is spread over two floors, is modern and well equipped. In the kitchen, everything you need and also basics like salt, pepper and olive oil were available. The deck is so beautiful. You have to walk a lot of stairs, but the house is right on the sea on the beach promenade and the harbor with ferry is right next door. Arrival by train was easy, the apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the train station.

Matteo is an incredible host! He acted as a guide and showed us around the village, pointing out the best places to eat and great walks to get the best views, as well as showing us the beach. He went out of his way to make us comfortable. What a lovely guy! We felt completely spoiled! The house was immaculately clean and has a lovely courtyard that’s very private and comfortable to sit under the orange trees. There were ample beds and the kitchen was well appointed. Highly recommended!! Gorgeous little village too with excellent food!

Photos dont describe Teresa's place! It is absolutely beautiful! The terrasso floor, the warm and trendy interior. This is not a normal appartment, it is a roomy and super tasteful comfy house.... where you found yourself roght at home. The appartment is close to a littlw beach with phantastic and very high cliffs. We loved it!

Great accommodation close to the sea front and all restaurants and bars The place is like a home from home with all facilities . We loved the balcony at the front with fantastic views over the harbour. We enjoyed our stay in Lavagna in Alessandro's apartment, tastefully furnished, with quality equipment, spacious and very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood where we lived were very kind and we immediately felt comfortable. There is a baker and a fresh pasta caterer a few meters from the apartment which are a real plus. Alessandro was good advice, very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions, whether about the accommodation or activities in the area. We'll go back for sure.

More or less the same as previous comments, which described very well every aspect of this place. Nice home, clean, comfortable bed, everything in order. Good position to move around on foot, lots of bars, restaurants, and other places around. Valerio is a great host, helpful, available, and with lots of useful advice for places to visit. Not a crowded part of the centre during the night, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs, as it could happen that there is traffic around early in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

Nico was very welcoming, I appreciated everything he has done make the place perfect and make us feel carefree. Would highly recommend for anybody. The view is way better than the pictures :)

The apartment was perfect for our needs, very clean and safe, really close to the train station, beautiful town and surroundings. Matteo was very nice, always available and responsive! We had a great time! 😊
