In 2022 Casa Carlotta has undergone a full and radical renovation to enhance the beauty of the position of the house and to increase the comfort for our guests. We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area. Casa Carlotta offers a stunning location; an uninterrupted 180-degree sea view of the mediterranean, enjoyed from the large terrace that surrounds the house, and access to the sea which is just a few short steps away.

Agàpe Ortigia is an accommodation created with Love in the magical island of Ortigia, in the historic center, a stone's throw from the Duomo and the major sites of interest. The independent room is large and spacious, has a double bed, TV, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee corner, but the peculiarity of this accommodation apart from the furnishings is the bathroom which, in addition to having the main amenities, offers a large sunken tub where you can relax.

Cozy and modern apartment on the outskirts of Syracuse, just a 10-minute drive from the historic center and in a well-served area. The apartment, completely renovated, consists of a living area with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a small room with a bed, a bathroom with a shower, a storage room and a laundry area. The living room and bedroom overlook a veranda from which you can see glimpses of the sea and Mount Etna.

The double bedroom has a lovely balcony overlooking the main street, ideal for a glass of wine at the end of a long day of vacation.
