Villa holiday rentals in Santa Severa

We loved spending a week at this beautiful villa, which seems to have been renovated quite recently with wonderful taste, suiting an Italian countryside villa. And the views, breathtakingly beautiful! Everything was even better than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool, the outdoor dining arkea and the kitchen. Perfect for our group of four friends! The villa is a few kilometers from the closest shops, restaurants etc. so you need a car to get around. There were many towns and villages nearby which we enjoyed exploring. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful location!

Great stay, thanks Meta Roma! Francisco and Maria were really responsive and the apartment was everything we needed. Good for transport links, restaurants and a great base for our time in Rome.

The neighborhood, the block, the building, the apartment, and the hosts were the best. We couldn't have stayed at a better place. Tante grazie Asia & Annia, we had a wonderful time at your house and hope to stay at your place again the next time we visit Roma.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Casale incredibile in luogo tranquillissimo. lo spazio esterno è davvero enorme e perfetto per la nostra setter che non è stata ferma un minuto. Davvero ottima soluzione per chi ha un cane in quanto lo spazio è enorme e completamente recintato. Poi beh la casa non ha bisogno di ulteriori descrizioni, le foto parlano da sole. Zona strategica per visitare le bellissime zone limitrofe di Umbria e Lazio. Letizia è un host molto disponibile, gentile e super reattiva. Grazie! Speriamo di tornare presto Alice, Andrea &Isabel

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

We cannot say enough good things about Tracey and her beautiful Casa Braeside. The house is cozy and just gorgeous, and it was plenty spacious for us (family of 5) and had everything we needed and then some. It stayed cool in the summer heat thanks to thick walls and solid window shutters (plus A/C in case we needed it). The kids loved the pool, and we were all mesmerized by the fireflies at night. I appreciated the multiple places to sit outside. There are always at least one or two outdoor seating areas in the shade at any given time of day. And there’s a hammock! We loved the tranquility: the only things that made noise were the birds singing in the morning, a few summer thunderstorms, and our own kids, ha. The view of the town above is something straight from a postcard. The recommendations for restaurants were detailed and much appreciated. We loved exploring the unspoiled and hardly touristed surroundings. And the property manager is excellent & answered all our questions. 100%!

It is an absolutely stunning place to be. The house is beautiful, the view amazing and the pool area an absolut dream! :-) We had the best weekend with friends there and everyone loved it. Felt like straight out of a Mamma Mia movie sitting there under the trees having breakfast or dinner. 10/10

L'endroit est absolument merveilleux, tout la region aussi d'ailleurs. La maison est une veritable maison de famille, magnifique et aussi vivante et pleine de charme. Nous avons utilisé la cheminée pendant les nuits fraiches avec beaucoup de plaisir. La cuisine est très bien équipée. De nombreuses promenades et randonnées sont possibles a partir du domaine. Giacomo est un hôte sympathique, chaleureux et reactif, merci a lui et a sa famille de partager ce tresor. Nous sommes venus avec nos enfants et avons pu faire des parties de babyfoot endiablées, par contre nous etions un peu déçus que la table de ping pong mentionnée ait été cassée et donc pas utilisable. La 2eme chambre double - tres belle ! - mériterait aussi un meilleur matelas. Dans tous les cas un endroit merveilleux de beauté, de charme, de poesie ! Merci Giacomo !

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

A lovely property in a beautiful area. Sabrina and Antonio were really attentive and kind. Easily accessible by text and also prompt in coming round to solve a problem. Having 3 separate apartments worked well for the extended family and the ground floor was large enough for us to dine together. There are lots of places to visit including many beautiful hill top medieval towns. Antonio and Sabrina were very kind gifting some local Est Est Est wine and a cake for our special birthday. Little unexpected touches like these helped to make it a memorable stay. The weather was not on our side in the middle of April, rain and mist on several days, so it would have been nice to have somewhere inside for us to sit and relax together. A few comfy sofas would have been appreciated by older members of our group. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, no matter the weather!

Een prachtige plek. We werden bij aankomst rond 16 uur hartelijk ontvangen door Nicola en haar man Andrea. Doordat het namiddag was kregen we van hen een wijntje en voor dat we het wisten was het middernacht. Een aankomst zoals wij niet eerder meemaakten. Het huis is ruim, mooi, compleet en in perfecte staat. Sta je in de keuken je best te doen een Italiaanse maaltijd te bereiden, dan hoef je niet bang te zijn mis te grijpen: alles is voorhanden en van uitstekende kwaliteit. Het zwembad heeft bijna olympische afmetingen en wordt schitterend omzoomd door glooiende grasvelden die goed zijn onderhouden. De tuin heeft een zodanige omvang dat je iedere dag wel op een ander plekje kunt ontbijten. Dat zorgt ervoor dat je steeds kunt genieten van een ander indrukwekkend uitzicht. We kregen allerhande tips van Nicola, variërend van bezienswaardigheden tot de beste winkels in de buurt. Ons verblijf was er een om nooit te vergeten. Deze plek is een absolute aanrader!

Tolles Anwesen mit einem gigantischen Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig mit großen Schlafzimmern. In Manciano findet man alles was man braucht. Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Region, allerdings war dieses Haus schon weit ab vom Schuss. Das Haus selbst liegt aber direkt an der Straße zwischen Montemerano und Manciano und ist gut zu erreichen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es hätte für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Vorallem die Küchenutensilien und die Böden. Betten, Handtücher, Bettwäsche war aber sehr ordentlich und sauber. Nach Grosseto oder ans Meer Richtung Castiglione ist schon sehr weit zu fahren. Der direkte Weg Richtung Orbetello ist gut und die Strände da auch sehr schön. Ausflüge kann man viele machen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist Pitigliano.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

posizione strategica per raggiungere sia il mare che Roma in pochi minuti! la casa è pulita e accogliente, cucina e bagno accessoriati in ogni minimo dettaglio. Non abbiamo conosciuto di persona Daniela ma al telefono è stata molto disponibile, il check in ce lo ha fatto Tommaso che è stato efficiente e puntuale. Se volessi tornare da quelle parti lì sceglierei di nuovo!

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines Olivenhains mit Produktionsstätte, das Haus von Giovanella ist einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Lage ist ruhig, nur manchmal kann man die nahe Autobahn je nach Windstand ein wenig hören. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig. Der Pool ist zwar klein aber absolut ausreichend für unsere drei kleinen Kinder. Der Pool hat einen Zaun und ist gut zu sehen vom Haus. Die Ausstattung im Haus sowie auch das Haus sind in gutem Zustand. Giovanella hat immer sehr freundlich und schnell bei etwaigen Fragen geantwortet. Rom ist je nach Verkehr 45 Min. entfernt, das Meer mit schönen und guten Strandbars ca. 20 Min. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und bietet viele Bereiche, die perfekt zum Ausruhen sind. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die an heißen Tagen für angenehme Kühle sorgt. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über Ventilatoren, die einwandfrei funktionieren. Giulia, die uns empfangen hat, war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat jederzeit sofort auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Terrassen bekommen sowohl zum Sonnenaufgang als auch zum Sonnenuntergang viel Sonne – ein faszinierendes Erlebnis. Der Pool ist groß und gut ausgestattet, mit bequemen Liegestühlen zum Entspannen. Ich kann diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen! Und wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin, würde ich diese Erfahrung sehr gerne erneut erleben.

I cannot recommend Villa Collombroso enough. We had such a wonderful 3+ week stay here with our two kids and family friends. Everyone was comfortable and at ease. We felt relaxed on the property and loved walking to see chickens. Everything was truly lovely and Taira and Gina made our experience excellent. We had a private meal cooked by Taira and did pizza making which were some of the best experiences! We enjoyed having a rental car and the access to drive into Orvieto easily but also quick day trips to Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Bolsena, and Lago Trasimeno. We used the train to get easily into Rome, Florence, and Venice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Beautiful scenery and beautiful villa. Large pool. Ideal location for our neuro diverse grandson who loved it there and Nicoletta’s friendly dogs. You’ve got to go there to believe it

Herrliches Haus an einem recht steilen Abhang mit viel Umschwung. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Schade, dass das Schwimmbad noch nicht benutzbar war und die anderen Spielmöglichkeiten wie Boules, Pingpong und Kickertisch noch im Winterzustand steckten. Bei der Anfahrtsbeschreibung müsste unbedingt erwähnt werden, dass das Strässchen sehr steil abfällt und wohl nicht mit jedem Auto erreichbar ist.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft, perfekt für Familien. Der Pool war super, das Haus groß genug für 4 erwachsenen + Kleinkind, alles sehr sauber, sehr git ausgestattete Küche. Die Pizzeria im Dorf ist sehr gut, die anderen größeren Orte sind etwas weit weg. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben mit drei Paaren und einem Kind wunderbare Tage in Frascati verbracht. Flavios Haus ist ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool, der tolle Garten und der Pizzaofen waren große Highlights für alle. Vielen Dank für alles!
