Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Teresa Beach

Located in a side street away from the main road. You can be on the beach in 5 minutes, at restaurants/sodas, the supermarket or cafes. Location GREAT! We only used the car for other destinations and were able to run everything smoothly. The place was well thought out and also the open bathroom did not bother us. Neighbors are quiet, except for the construction site nearby you won't notice anything during the day. The communication with Paula as well as Sophia was great. Paula also came to help us with our locked safe. Thanks again for that. We had wonderful days in Santa Teresa and would come back!

Communication with the host was great – quick, friendly and helpful. Originally we had booked an apartment without air conditioning, which was a bit uncomfortable at the high temperatures. The host came by in person in the evening and allowed us to switch to a room with air conditioning – really great service! The furnishings were nice and tasteful. A small note: things like salt, pepper or oil should be brought with you, as they were unfortunately not available. Location was perfect – a little away from the hustle and bustle, but still only a few minutes to the beach. There are many great restaurants nearby that you can easily walk to. Overall a very nice stay – happy to come back!

Superb accommodation! It was a very pleasant surprise! The apartment is clean and has everything. The bed is comfortable and very large. The swimming pool in the heart of the vegetation is very pleasant! The apartment is 7 minutes from the magnificent Hermosa beach. The host is very responsive and accommodating! We’ll come back !

This was the ideal space for someone working remote and wanting to experience Santa Teresa to its fullest. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out, and always went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alejandro's! The place is very spacious and has a very nice balcony off the back. it is a short walk to the beach but his place surprisingly peaceful and quiet despite being quite close to the town and beach of Santa Teresa. Alejandro was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any communication. We had a great time!

I highly recommend staying at High Enough! I stayed at Haya's place for a month and I absolutely loved it. The views, the comfortable apartment and the cleanliness. The pool was also a huge plus! The communication with Adriana was great at all times. Super responsive! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Ideal location in the heart of Santa Teresa. Great view of the Pacific directly from the terrace. Nice little pool. Excellent amenities in general. I highly recommend it if you are in the area! I would go back there without hesitation.

This airbnb was so comfortable to stay in, the room darkening blinds and extremely comfortable bed and bedsheets were great, loved the space and the full kitchen. My bf and I were able to make nice meals here and we saw lots of wildlife from our balcony - macaws and deer. The hosts were always responsive and so helpful with recommendations for me. The place was very clean.

This house was absolutely stunning. Words won’t do it justice. I think this is the most gorgeous air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. One morning we saw 20 monkeys swing from tree to tree in front of the porch that also has an ocean view. The cabinetry and design was breathtaking. Matias was so responsive and helpful. The place was spotless. My family was so impressed with my Air bnb selection and we had the best vacation. Highly recommend staying here! Definitely get a 4x4 because the road to the place is no joke. And you will need it for all the other exploring too! Can’t wait to come back.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, beautifully designed, and well-stocked the space was. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful — they made sure we had everything we needed and even left a few personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal — close enough to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Whether we were relaxing on the patio, enjoying the local scenery, or cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, every moment felt effortless and enjoyable. Suggestion for tenants: the car really has to be 4X4!! The place is beautiful, I can't explain how beautiful it is...but the entrance and exit is extremely difficult if you don't have a 4X4, and if you use the transport or "taxis" that are here in Santa Teresa, the foreigners charge you up to 16,000 colones ($31.50) for a 2-minute round trip, in my opinion the transport is very expensive haha. But in general it's a beautiful place! We will definitely return in the summer to enjoy the area and the house more. Thanks Alvaro, always for your kindness and attention, you were the best Host.🙂‍↕️🥹 The truth is, we had a very good experience, we saw monkeys, we enjoyed the pool, even taking a shower with the forest in sight was refreshing! We love it!

Make sure you have 4x4 and book this place, you won’t regret it!!!!!!!

Fantastic stay at Pacific Azure! Large bed rooms - each with private bathrooms - gave our family plenty of space and privacy. We used the pool daily to cool-off while enjoying watching/listening to the birds, monkeys, and iguanas. The outside dining area provides a great alternative to eating out and allowed us to prepare meals and enjoy the fresh fish from the local fishery down the street. Checked out Calle Cimarrona, the local brewery within walking distance - great beer and friendly folks. As for finding the location, our recommendation to future guests is that you plan to arrive during the day if possible due to the lack of street lights/signs. The host was very responsive and incredibly helpful. We could not have been more satisfied by our time!

Sandi was a great host. Home was perfect, great location, well worth the price. Home was modern, clean and gorgeous. Would definitely stay again, great restaurants beautiful beaches. 10/10 recommend.

The accommodation is very nice and well located. Marisa is amazing! She even added furniture before we arrived to accommodate us so we can have 4 meals around a table outside as well as inside. Super well decorated. Vegetation makes us feel good. Very well insulated inside so as not to hear the quad bikes passing on the main street. We loved it!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—everything is walkable. The beach and surf spot are just down the block, with great food options and a supermarket right across the street. The condo was clean, easy to cook in, and felt secure thanks to on-site security. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Andrew’s! I can see why he’s a super host. Very responsive, friendly and flexible. The Condo had everything you need, and was super clean and tidy. The location of the Condo is in Los Delfines, which is a private complex, so we felt very safe and we were able to use their facilities. Will definitely come back, and I absolutely recommend you staying here

excellent location. close to very good beaches on both sides. would not bother with the local restaurant as you can get tastier and cheaper meals outside the complex. the place is as advertised. very clean and cozy. highly recommend if using as a base for all of the other beaches in the area. very satisfied.

The condo was modern and clean, and everything you could want was there. Lisa was very responsive. The property was great with a 5 minute walk from your front door to the beautiful swimming beach. There was also a parking lot by the beach if you prefer to drive. Chairs and a restaurant are at the beach already.

Enjoying the Lapas Tricolor in its natural environment, watching them fly freely. It's something that you don't get elsewhere. We really liked being able to stay in a place where there is excellent security, cleanliness and respect for the neighbors following the rules. The whole team was very kind, they were very attentive to our needs. Congratulations have a property jewel, on future vacations I hope to be lucky enough to get to stay with you again.
