Sandy's place was an excellent find. It's location was perfect, you can easily walk to the Funk Zone, beach, restaurants, wineries, breweries and coffee shops. The rooftop access was incredible and wish we had more time to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great spot for a few nights in Santa Barbara and Jim is an absolutely fantastic host! Location is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and all SB has to offer. The space itself is comfortable and pretty straightforward. Has the basic amenities for a weekend trip. Jim helped us coordinate an early check-in, assisted with an extra night stay and allowed us to leave our bags for an extra hour after check-out - all of which were greatly appreciated!

We've been to some luxury AirBnb's and I actually liked Harvey's place better. It has the vibe of what AirBnb was all about years ago -- a simple charming local place, fit for the area, with all that's needed for a very comfortable stay. And the garden! The garden is beautiful. We had our breakfasts there and that really started the day right. Thanks for hosting us!

I only booked the studio apartment for a night to have somewhere to shower and sleep mid road trip. I was soooo bummed I didn’t have more days there to enjoy it!!! The unit was actually a little more spacey than I expected (they made very clear this space was for one person). I’m weird when places have questionable linens/towels or they smell funky. The towels smelled so fresh, and the whole place was very clean. The space has beautiful features, felt modern but still cozy. Loved having the full fridge, that was very convenient. There are many units in the building but it felt private and I never heard anyone else. It’s a dreamy place with a lovely patio on the most adorable street. I will absolutely be returning with more time to spend and would recommend!

What a sweet casita. It was very clean and comfortable for our family. We cooked lots of breakfast and lunches there. Two different grocery stores are an easy walk away. I was worried that the proximity of the freeway would be a huge turn-off, but with the windows closed it didn't bother us much. We didn't use the back patio because of the noise. Directions were good, but it took a while to verify the parking spot adjacent to unit was marked with #7 in faint white paint. Be careful pulling into the narrow driveway, especially turning right into it. Our rental car may have left some paint behind on the corner. Overall, it was a convenient place to stay in Santa Barbara for our daughter's graduation.

Cathy’s place is a gem! Beautiful and in a peaceful location. We were able to walk everywhere. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara.

If you are looking for a peaceful, private and great location this place is perfect for a couples getaway. Easy walk to State street and the beach. House was very well outfitted and host was very helpful and proactive with communication. Will definitely come back soon we hope!

We were in Los Alamos for my daughter's wedding at the Maker's Son. The location of the Centennial House was perfect, it was just a short walk to the venue. The house was absolutely gorgeous, and Kat's attention to detail is evident throughout. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for helping our family experience a beautiful weekend!

The perfect place to stay for a few nights when visiting the area. Wendy was great and flexible, the place was clean and homey with great nearby shops.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was extremely clean and included all the amenities needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. Using the August app to lock/unlock the front door was a breeze and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area!

The stay at the cottage was amazing. The cottage was in pristine condition, super cute and private and just perfect for a short stroll to the beach. Sitting outside under the lights and spending time in the jacuzzi was so relaxing. Lance was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely return to this place on another trip to Santa Barbara.

Brooke’s home was INCREDIBLE. It had everything you would want to make it feel like home away from home. Especially traveling with kids, Brooke had everything you could need for the 0-5 age range. Brooke was an incredible host, proactive and super communicative. Her place was also impeccably decorated and so comfortable. We hope to stay here again and absolutely worth every penny of our stay! We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The place was very nice and clean and the instruction to find the place was very accurate. Make sure to read the notes shared to find the property as it is a little confusing to find the property if you only rely on the google map. The instructions make it very easy to find it. The property was nice, clean, big, and had all the things we needed and we definitely want to go back. The host is very responsive even when I messaged him at 11 pm and the property is 5 minutes from the beach.

10/10 amazing place! My family and I loved it as soon as we walked in. Very beautiful, clean, and a cool experience. Our plan to go to the beach went away and all we wanted to do was to stay at the house. So cozy and relaxing. Felt we were inside a magazine! A dream vacation and stay. Beds were comfortable, everything was working, plenty of towel, walkable to shops and beach, the rooftop was so fun and cool! Nothing bad to say about this place and in fact we want to come back! This was our third stay at this beautiful Pismo Beach condo, and it truly feels like our home away from home. It’s become our favorite spot for our annual summer trip, and each time we return, it somehow gets even better. We noticed a few thoughtful updates since our last visit, and everything was just perfect. The view from the dining and living room is so stunning, we never even feel the need to go out for dinner—we’d rather enjoy every sunset right here. The place is fully stocked with everything you could need, making it easy and comfortable for our little family of four. We already can’t wait to come back!

Amazing! The home was beautiful, in a perfect location with an amazing view. Exactly as described. Molly was an excellent host, and was super friendly and responsive. Parking inside a garage just below the unit was so convenient. Great building with nice people. It was so awesome to wake up every morning to a beautiful view, and then take a short walk into the heart of Pismo Beach for famous coffee, clam chowder, cinnamon rolls and more. Highly recommend!
