The house is the heart of a fascinating 50 hectares garden and has wide spaces equipped with seats and large umbrellas surrounded by olive trees, palms and other typical Mediterranean flora. The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The house has a very scenic swimming pool. On the ground floor of the house there is: - a spacious entrance hall - a luminous living room - an ample dining room - the kitchen, equipped all that is necessary - a double bedroom with bathroom in suite On the first floor the house offers various accommodations: - a room with a double bed, convertible in thre single beds on request - 2 double bedrooms with bathroom in suite - 2 single rooms with shared bathroom - a studio equipped with a sofa beds for two seats if needed Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, terraces, garden, swimming pool and all over 50 hectars of country. The owners will be present for check-in and check-out. A welcome kit with typical products will be ready for the guests. Small Farmhouse

A 16th century stone house, surrounded by greenery near the sea. The Piccolo Casale is a typical Sicilian baglio of the 16th/16th century consisting of a central courtyard surrounded by a succession of rooms which were partly used as an oil mill and warehouses and partly as a patronal house. The renovation that took place in the 90s left the structure and architecture of the Baglio intact, at the same time creating the essential comforts for the stay.
