Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Polvilho

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also very nice because the house is all fenced in, and my pet loved being able to run freely on the grass outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linen and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a box in the bathroom with a gas shower and some more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

Perfect stay, communication with Alexandre is great, great host The house is rustic, I really liked the decor, it has a delicious wooded backyard where we ate our meals. It is airy, well lit nor does it look like it is in such a central region of SP. We were 7 guests and has a good place to stay for everyone Cleaning note 10. I highly recommend it!

The house is wonderful, super well equipped and with an incredible view of the dam — a true haven! The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, cozy and full of charm. The furniture is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and there were several blankets available, which made all the difference on the coldest nights. One detail to be adjusted is that some lamps were burnt out, but this is something simple to solve and does not interfere with the wonderful experience we had. A super positive point (and special for us!) was the entire yard surrounded by a fence. Our dog is very runaway and this was the first accommodation where we were 100% calm. She also enjoyed it a lot! It was a perfect stay and we are already looking forward to returning.

This space is AMAZING... to the smallest details, it conquers everything. Any qualification is below what he represents when we are hosted. As for the HOST, what an INCREDIBLE person, REQUESTS... I will return a thousand times. I love it

The best short-term apartment I've ever stayed in in São Paulo, and I go there often. The space has a quiet and cozy decor that makes the apartment look bigger and well organized. It has everything you need for hosting, including bath products such as shampoo, soap or moisturizer and in the kitchen, salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar and coffee capsules, all perfectly organized and available in small portions that facilitate day-to-day use without waste or old product. The bed is excellent, Queen size with very nice, clean and fragrant bedding and has nightstands, which is rare in these small apartments. If you like to walk, the location is spectacular, close to several options of restaurants, bars, good quality markets. The host was very attentive and helpful, with easy and quick communication. She sent a list of nearby and quality places which made my stay even easier. Amei!!!

The location is strategic, with easy access to great restaurants, shops and tourist spots. The host was exceptional: attentive, quick to respond and always ready to help with kindness. Check-in was simple and communication was uncomplicated from start to finish. I would like to highlight the incredibly comfortable bed and the little treats that make all the difference — coffee capsules, chocolates and cookies selected with care. I recommend it without hesitation!

We really enjoyed staying at the Quietude chalet! Ana Luiza was a wonderful host, very helpful and responded to everything very quickly. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was very complete. Nathalia was an exceptional host: extremely responsive and attentive. The place is even more beautiful in person, excellent for those who want to be immersed in nature. We were surprised by the details and care provided: from the entrance, where there was a guide/recommendations of what to do; marshmallows and the hosts' availability to help us with the fireplace; organization and cleanliness (a new loofah at our disposal), super clean towels, as well as bed linen. In addition, despite not having breakfast as advertised, they provided coffee and tea capsules! We highly recommend it!!

I found it a wonderful experience in the hut, everything very clean and fragrant. The little corner is small but very cozy and private, we feel really in touch with nature. Great for a few days of peace. The host Marco is a cute guy, he always responded to us quickly. I found the location good because I needed a pharmacy and I found one that delivers there by Ifood. The bathroom could be closed rs But otherwise everything perfect 💓

The stay was incredible! Great for going as a couple and taking the pet, very cozy, super well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed… for the cold days the air/heater in the living room and the fireplace in the living room helped a lot! There is also a fondue machine for a great romantic dinner! Super close to SP, with plenty of vegetation and silence! A special thank you to Adriana, who was very friendly and attentive from the first contact, always responding very quickly, available to answer questions and help if necessary!!
