We are located six blocks from Shopping Siñeriz, McDonald's and Tata. Five minutes away from downtown. It is a safe, comfortable, and well-lit place with surveillance cameras. The house has two bedrooms, with a double bed and 3 single beds, a full living room that includes armchairs, Smart TV, DIRECTV, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, a bathroom with a water heater, air conditioning, a washing machine, a patio with a barbecue in the back, a patio in the front, and a closed garage for two or three vehicles.

My humble residence.

You will breathe tranquility, peace, nature. We are 15 minutes from the city center. Two-story house, on the second floor has two bedrooms with incredible mountain views and a full bathroom; on the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, barbecue and another bathroom. We can describe our home as the perfect mix of the countryside and the city. A house that has just been built and is not yet painted. We have beds for 5 people plus we have an inflatable mattress or sofa bed.

La ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra a tres cuadras de la avenida principal de Rivera y a tres de la línea divisoria, con fácil acceso a todos los servicios y comodidades de la zona. Centrally located house to enjoy excellent days! Very comfortable to relax, safe and with bright rooms. Close to shopping area and restaurants. A few blocks from a supermarket.
