Villa holiday rentals in Sant'Antioco

As a family, we have often traveled to beautiful places, but we have never thought: here we still want to come back. We did have that now. The house is in such a special place: a private beach in the bay. An azure blue sea, where we swam wonderfully. The wonderful hiking trails, where nature, in spring, when we were there, was completely in bloom. We have completely relaxed there. Sonia, who received us and who we were always allowed to ask questions, was so helpful. When we had a flat tire with the rental car, she drove all the way to the garage to see if we were ok. Extremely sweet and warm woman.

We enjoyed a fabulous holiday, staying at Elisabetta’s place. It is in an excellent location for exploring the beautiful beaches and is within easy distance of local supermarkets. The house itself is accurately described and very well appointed. It is secure and spacious, ideal for those travelling with children. Elizabetta is a very considerate host and communicates in a timely and helpful fashion. We highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Mariano‘s place in a lovely part of Sardinia. The place was amazing with magnificent sea views from the patio and master bedroom’s terrace. A small beach which was never overcrowded was just a few minutes walk down the hill from the property via a little path, but was also easily accessible via a flatter road from the village.Other beaches, probably the best in Europe were also easily accessible. One needs a car to enjoy a holiday there to be able to get to the nearby amenities, beaches, restaurants, but we were fully prepared for it. Mariano was very helpful, he and his wife greeted us personally at the property, showed us the ropes and gave us plenty of useful local advice on shopping, markets, restaurants, activities. It was quite hot during our stay but air-conditioning worked well. An outside shower was a very nice and convenient feature on coming back from the beach. We had a great time and hope to be back soon! Thank you, Mariano!

This house is the perfect spot from which to either walk or drive to a different beach (one more breath-taking than the next!) every day. The house is beautiful and clean, and the furnishings are estethically pleasing. It begs for al fresco breakfasts, lunches and dinners! We had a terrific time and we’re also able to experience the entertainment in the evenings at the Laguna hotel which is a convenient 2 minute walk from the house. I definitely would recommend this host and house to others!

Very great vacation rental house. Lovingly furnished and well equipped. Two very nice secluded terraces. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor shower. Very nice sandy beach within walking distance. Private parking right by the house. Great Instruction from Regina Will come again any time.

Amazing sea view, large garden with many shady places to relax, spacious but cozy cottage. We especially loved that we could use four kayaks to explore the shore. One morning some dolphins came by really close (maybe 20m from the shore) and I managed to jump into a kayak in time :-) Awesome experience!

Had a great stay at Suestellas. It was all very straightforward, Alice is a very friendly and helpful host who is not intrusive at the same time. The equipment of the house is completely adequate. The kitchen has the most necessary things to cook for yourself. The garden is huge, so the kids can let off steam. Our kids had fun! Unfortunately, nothing was ripe in the fruit and vegetable garden at the time of year. We especially liked the great quiet location, the barbecue oven and the outdoor shower with hot water :)

We loved our stay at Villa Bianca and would highly recommend to families looking for a relaxing break. The villa is beautiful with views over the countryside and out to the coast and Isola Pietro are incredible. The pool area and gardens are beautiful, the pool was super for cooling off and swimming with the kids, nice beds and great bbq area. The villa inside is well equipped and very clean, and the beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. A car is required to drive into Calasetta and Sant Antioco, also make the most of the beautiful Oasi Blu agritourismo restaurant, which is right next door to the villa! The most incredible food. Thanks to Simona and team for always being responsive and helpful.

Our stay in this villa was exceptional. The location was perfect next to Coaquaddus and the views were stunning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. Check in and out was very easy, and Sergio + Emilye were always available and there was great communication throughout. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed, and am deeply grateful for the experience!

Comfortable and well equipped property, well kept garden and swimming pool. The external pictures on the Airbnb website are a bit out of date in that there is now a good screen of plants on the garden perimeter and some wonderful climbing jasmines around the terrace pillars. The local village, Domus de Maria has an excellent baker, open every day, and a reasonably stocked small supermarket, both in Via S Croce. Niko's pizzeria (Piazza V Emanuele) is very good value and we also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Enthos (Via Maddona di Bonarta.) The beaches at Chia are amazing - our favourite was Su Portu, more sheltered than the others in its own bay. There are 2 beach umbrellas at the property which you can take with you.

We had a great time at Casa de Turi. Very peaceful. Loved the garden and the views. The outdoor showers were a hit. Close to all of the great beaches on the island. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

A lovely location with very kind and helpful hosts. Property is as described. You’ll need a car but easy to get to beautiful beaches and hikes just 10-15 minutes away. Good groceries are about 20 minutes away in town but all easily accessible if prepared.

The house was absolutely perfect! The comfort & cleanliness was better than a five star hotel. Out of all of our Airbnb experiences, this one was the best one by far. Antonello and Francolino were amazing in helping us. Whenever we had an issue, Francolino was on it immediately. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was absolutely lovely. No complaints from here, absolutely amazing. Perfecto.

We know the house ! Since our last visit, Novella has converted the kitchen and furnished another room with bathroom! We also liked the glazed veranda, especially in the evening!! Vanna the housekeeper helped us excellently upon our arrival, after that she was forced to accompany us at a distance through her mother's COVID illness! Thanks to Vanna's help, my hearing aids left in the house can also be returned to me, I am very grateful to her!! The house is very quiet and idyllically located on an unpaved road just outside the village, which can still be reached on foot. From the house, through the large panoramic windows and from the terrace, you have a magnificent view over the beautiful landscape to the sea. The house was clean, very well equipped, spacious, modern and fully air-conditioned. Stephanie was always available, the few problems that occurred during our stay (failure of electricity and water supply after a storm) were resolved impressively quickly. We felt extremely comfortable at the place and had a great vacation.

The photos dont do the view justice. Amazing elevated location. Perfect location to head to the Chia beachs and beyond. Great wind all day with flow through doors/windows kept the place cool without needing the aircon. An excellent place to tour Sardinia from. Andrea the host was impeccable and I would airbnb with her anytime.

Upon arrival in Carloforte we were greeted by Marinella, who accompanied us to the house, she was very kind and very helpful. The house matches the description perfectly, it is equipped with everything, we appreciated the outdoor spaces very much, in general all the rooms are very warm and cozy as a real house! The outdoor space also offers a barbecue and the pool is perfect for relaxing at sunset after a day at the beach. Everything was perfect for us!!

We loved staying at Stefano's property! It is accessed by a small dirt road. The house is located in a nice corner of nature surrounded by trees and a small orchard. It is arranged in a modern way (excellent wifi connection) with 2 bathrooms and a large terrace on which you can eat with views of the countryside. Small simple kitchen to prepare small meals. It's truly a pleasure to stay there. The place is lovely and relaxing. We highly recommend it.

Very nice location on the slope with a view of the pool and sea, equipment fits, Alessandro immediately responded to requests and made extras possible. Only the seating on the terrace could be a little more comfortable, otherwise great.

We had a fantastic stay in Marie Jose's place with our two year old son. The location is great for local beaches and sights and the view is stunning from the bedrooms and front garden. Our host was friendly and very helpful recommending his favourite beaches and beautiful spots nearby, especially for our young son!

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️

Mario and Sylvia are the best. Very nice, helpful, humorous... it was a huge joy to meet you. The house is totally cozy and located in quiet surroundings. On the driveway you drive directly under a fig tree and immediately have the right atmosphere. The garden and pool is huge, very neat and beautiful. Our son even learned to swim in the pool and also for our dog it was absolute paradise. Mario and Sylvia have great tips for things to do that we have all followed. There are great beaches and coves nearby. Porto Flavia is not far away and definitely worth a visit. Sant Antioco and Calasetta are quick to reach and offer all the shopping you need. (And of course they are beautiful)! Get an ice cream and take the ferry to Carloforte. It's worth it. It's difficult to put that into words... it was the perfect vacation. Thanks Mario and Sylvia!!!
