Condo holiday rentals in Sant'Antioco

The apartment is very spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you could need on a beach vacation. We could not use the outdoor space much because it was very hot and is actually quite small, but the location very close to the center was convenient to walk to restaurants and other attractions in the country.

Overall the stay at Fancas's was excellent. It's in a quiet suburb with easy access to all the main roads/highwas - great for exploring the beautiful beaches in both directions. Franca was so welcoming and accommodating, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Super clean, great air conditioning, and very comfortable bed. This was the perfect stay to start of my vacation!

House surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The apartment is equipped with everything and more, I have never found such a complete accommodation; from Wi-Fi, TV, laundry, relaxation area with hammocks under the pine forest. Antonio and Tina are wonderful people, helpful and very kind. We stayed two weeks and at the end of the first week Tina brought us sheets for the change. I can't finish without mentioning Oedipus, their cuddly and scratching dog. If we return to the area we will definitely return to Calasetta. Highly recommended

We had a great stay in the apartment, as we were very kindly received by Patrizia's family and provided with lots of information. The apartment is very clean and fully furnished. We were 4 people in the apartment and had a lot of space. There is another apartment above the apartment. The location of the apartment is very good, so that numerous restaurants and shops are within walking distance. There is plenty of parking.

The apartment is impeccable. Very clean and very well equipped. Worthy of a 5-star ⭐️ The accommodation is also well located (the best beaches are 15/20 minutes away by car) We were warmly welcomed by Mateo's mom who recommended the best restaurants and beaches nearby.

Apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed to feel like home. Host is very responsive and helpful, Federica went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. She recommended a lot of places in the area. For us it was the perfect location because Calasetta is a small town where you can make groceries by foot and there’s a lot of places to eat, while it’s also very calm and quiet. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Very nice accommodation in Iglesias, which allows you to visit both Cagliari and the coast. possibility of worry-free parking on the street and walking to the heart of the village.

The house is very nice, big and spacious. Everything clean and sparkling clean when we arrived. Very well equipped kitchen. The views from the balconies are adorable. The hostess was always helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. Very nice hiking trails right by the house, if we were not so early in the morning we could see hikers right by the road below the balcony. We had a little beach to ourselves right below the house. Required a short but challenging hike there but it didn't matter. At a short distance we had several beaches, caves and other fun to do and see. Thank you for a lovely week in April 2025 /Richard

Claudia's stay was impeccable. Hosts were very helpful in accommodating my alteration requests, due to last-minute incidents. I recommend anyone who wants to discover Sant 'Antioco to stay here! Also, in the house there is a bulletin board with various proposals for activities to do on site (a very welcome idea)! The veranda is very comfortable and well-maintained!

Very comfortable apartment, newly equipped, nicely decorated, as described, direct walking access to the walkway with viewpoint. Very friendly host, key box code by WhatsApp. Car parking in front of apartment is convenient. It's just a shame that throughout the city there are many houses with kennels, with dogs sometimes barking at night. Bring earplugs.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet Raffaella, but she was still available for our requests. The accommodation is in a great location, especially in the evening as it is high up compared to the village and benefits from the pleasant breeze. You can eat on the table in the garden, it's just a little uncomfortable compared to the kitchen, but the place is worth it. There are only two deck chairs. It is 5 minutes from the center and with parking in front of the house.

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.

We had a fantastic stay at Laura's apartment in the heart of old town! The location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants (Zenith) and charming streets. Laura's hospitality, communication and generosity were exceptional; she helped us to get deeper into Sardinian culture and traditions. Laura presented us delicious Easter desserts and organized to see a unique Easter procession on Good Friday. The apartment itself is comfortable and uniquely designed, making it a lovely retreat after exploring the area. I highly recommend Laura as a host—her attention to detail and kindness made my stay truly memorable. I can’t wait to return in 2 weeks! Thank you, Laura!

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

Very nice apartment with great views. Andrea is a great host, extremely accommodating and helpful. Both check-in and check-out were incredibly flexible and smooth. I can recommend it to everyone!

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook for yourself. Had problems with the WiFi, but Patrizia reacted quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

Great accommodation, great place, very welcoming hosts! Audrey offers a very very cute, clean apartment in a quiet area. There is also an umbrella, beach chairs and even games for children! A small welcome gift was waiting for us when we arrived! Audrey and her husband are very kind, we had a small problem with ants (known problem on the island, it is in no way the fault of the hosts!!!), but Audrey and her husband did everything to make us feel good! They even moved around the apartment to try to find a solution to get rid of the ants…. We recommend this listing (also for a small family it's really really great)!

Accommodation as described and very responsive host. It's a bit far from the sea, but a little walk to enjoy the pretty beaches, doesn't hurt. And the very good local restaurants, which you have to book early enough (!) will allow you to recover the calories spent. A good plan!
