Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Santec

We had a great few days in Marie-Alix's house. The house is very unique with a very cool and smart layout with multiple levels. We loved reading our books here!

We had an enchanting break at the mill: the environment is very refreshing: view of the nature all around, quiet, large garden, outdoor space, river adjoining the accommodation. Quiet, secluded location but close to shops by road and tourist villages and beaches. The accommodation in a mill renovated to modern tastes was atypical and full of charm, beautiful stones and a place with a history shared by our host. For the interior, very functional and very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable and well-prepared bedding, nickel bathroom. Once again, the views from the windows of the river and nature were very soothing. It was a pleasure to meet Jan, our host, who showed us around and generously shared with us. We children really enjoyed the ping pong room and meeting the sheep. Thank you for sharing this beautiful accommodation. If the opportunity arises, we will return with great pleasure.

An exceptional place where we stayed for 10 days. The listing is located at the end of the road surrounded by a beautiful forest. The silence and calm allow you to really rest with the family. The apartment on two floors is very practical and nicely decorated, you feel good there right away. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and know how to be discreet so as not to disturb you. Finally there are many very friendly spaces: outdoor bathroom, outdoor terrace sheltered if it rains, garden... which bring a real plus. The location is very convenient, 10/15 minutes by car from just about everything (beaches / walks / shops...), you have to look a little but the Breton coast is full of beautiful places to visit. Recommended without hesitation.

A magnificent and modern house with warm and spacious areas. A beautiful and landscaped garden at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. Proximity to all services within 5 min by car. Absolutely sublime landscapes along the entire surrounding coast.

We had a great time in this house. The location close to beautiful beaches is a huge plus. The location is in a cul-de-sac, it is quiet and there is a large garden to disconnect. The living room is very bright, which is nice when the clouds settle in. Catherine was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times and was very attentive during our stay. I will be happy to come back to disconnect and take a good breath of Breton air!

We had a wonderful time with our family (two daughters, 4 and 6) in this very cozy and spacious house in Brittany with a fantastic view and absolute privacy. Claudie and Thierry are very kind, attentive and accommodating. We'd love to come back and definitely recommend it!

Bénédicte’s place has all you need for short or longer stays. It is close to a Grand Route. We walked a lot on this trip. Directly from the house or at another start point. This area’s sea borders are stunning.

We absolutely loved our stay at this little cottage by the sea. Watching the dramatic tidal fluctuations every day was fascinating. We felt completely at home in this lovingly appointed and decorated cottage. The fireplace was fantastic with abundant firewood for a week's stay. We did a lot of cooking while we were there, including grilling outside. The nearby village is practical and functional. The local restaurant and pâtisserie were lovely. We took advantage of the local oyster scene! Most of our interactions were with Maurine's father, who greeted us kindly, showed us around, gave us some local recommendations, and was generally available in case we needed anything. We would gladly return to this cottage for another stay en Bretagne!

Very nice comfortable apartment with everything you need, easy to access. We felt at home there right away. Owners available and warm. We had a lovely welcome. This stay was very pleasant in a relaxing environment. If we are back in Brennilis, we will know where to stay next time.

Quiet, pleasant, well arranged and well located accommodation. Everything nearby.

We had a great time at Lise's place. The accommodation is not only tastefully furnished and decorated, but also particularly well-equipped. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches left for us, as well as for our children. Lise even took care to provide us with a bed barrier and an adapter, thus preventing us from carrying bulky equipment. We are leaving delighted and will keep this address for our future stays in Finistère. We would also recommend it to those around us without hesitation.

Essential but well-kept accommodation, located in a modern condominium on the outskirts of Lannion. Comfortable mattress and very quiet house. Equipped kitchen. Good starting point for visiting the Côtes-d'Armor

We just had a pleasant stay in June, in this apartment on the ground floor of a nice Breton house. The apartment is spacious, clean, with every comfort, it is in accordance with the description. Independent toilets are a plus compared to other apartments. The garden is very beautiful and we were able to park the car there. The house is on the side of the road but it's very quiet at night. The host Armelle is very nice and available.

We spent a night in Sabine's apartment, everything was perfect: the cleanliness, the location, very good bedding, very neat decoration. Sabine is very welcoming and very pleasant. We recommend this accommodation without any problems. Thank you for everything, Sabine, and I look forward to seeing you again.

A big thank you to Christian and Laurence who were very attentive (providing a necessary baby). The apartment is quiet and very well located, a few steps away from the center of Carantec. We had a lovely stay.

The view is as if you were in a constantly changing painting. The parking lot in front of the house is not visible from a seated position and the restaurants on the lower floor are fortunately not noisy. It's just a few steps to the old town center. The surroundings invite you to hikes, bike tours and beach days, depending on the weather. We enjoyed it very much and Marie was always available.

This house is an absolute dream! Where else can you enjoy such a spectacular view in practically all rooms?! And then this tranquility - incredible! On a starry night we could even admire the Milky Way! We were there with our dog and were able to walk along the coastal path right away. All in all, we highly recommend this house.

Morgane's house is just beautiful, beautiful very bright spaces when sunny weather, beautiful bedrooms, lots of storage, the garden is well maintained and the living room is huge and very well decorated. We particularly liked the master suite located behind the particularly exotic living room: a real little piece of heaven 😉 Regarding its location, the heart of Trégastel, it is just one of the best locations in northern Brittany with all the most beautiful beaches in the region nearby, a treat for the whole family! Thank you for everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our at stay in Trégastel and Pascale's lovely home. It is an historic house that has been thoughtfully and tastefully updated. My husband and I felt immediately at home and agreed it is the best AirBnb we have stayed at in France! You need a car for this location which suited us fine and were able to easily explore the beautiful area along with the beach directly from the path behind the house. Communication was good with Pascale and her local caretakers who were friendly when they met us at the house. We would enjoy staying here in the future and bring our adult children next time!

Very pleasant stay with family (2 adults and 3 children) in Aurélia's house in Kerlouan. The house is in a very nice location, quiet and close to the sea. The house is large, very pleasant to stay in, perfectly equipped and very well furnished. The rooms are very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the pool and evenings by the fire. We discovered the Côte des Légendes which is superb and certainly deserves to come back on sunny days! We followed Aurélia's recommendations for restaurants and local specialties with great pleasure! Check-in and checkout with Marie-Claire were easy and very kind. We would wholeheartedly recommend Aurélia's house for a family stay in Brittany and in winter!

what more can I say than that this rental is great!!! the perfect welcome and everything is as advertised. the sunset over the bay of Kernic punctuating each end of the day... we will definitely come back 🙂

Thanks to Marc for his hospitality and kindness. We had a great stay with friends (with our children). Everything was in place, even the weather. A real pleasure to eat all together outside in the garden, to pick fresh mint for tea or mojitos😉. We found a clean and very well-equipped accommodation (kitchen and linen at the top!👍), faithful to the ad.

Exceptional holiday home with its 180° sea view (more beautiful in real life than in the photos) and its many fun activities on offer (heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, games room with video games, foosball, billiards, ping pong, many board games...), you don't get bored even when it rains! perfect with children. Don't forget your bikes (rather electric for the less brave as there are slopes in this area). A few details of the house are aging but beyond that, great decor, modern kitchen and bathroom and designs. It feels good, very warm main living room.
