Excellent apartment, it has everything you need, I felt at home. Close to Hernando de Magallanes subway station, line 01, convenience stores and supermarkets. All very clean and organized. Irene was always very kind and attentive. I highly recommend it!

The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

Lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood. The place was very cozy and it had great views of the Andes. The Pedro de Valdivia subway stop was only a kilometer away. Many great restaurants are also close, as is the mall!

My fiancée and I (Brazilians) loved the stay! We arrived at dawn and had no problem accessing the place. We always had quick and clear answers from the host Matias. The apartment is fully structured, with quiet access and 24-hour concierge. Many tourist spots, markets and snack bars nearby. We took a nice walking tour of the city from the house. We have a special record of the view from the apartment at sunset, with a beautiful view of the center overlooking the São Cristóvão hill and the mountain ranges behind! Super recommend!

The apartment was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the church throughout the apartment, was great to wake up to. It was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. I had a wonderful time during my stay. There were a couple of minor inconveniences, like having trouble finding change for the laundry room, but that didn't take away from the wonderful atmosphere of the apartment. It’s definitely a great value for what you get. If you're seeking a vibrant downtown experience, this is the perfect choice for you.

I stayed 2 days, central location, many stores and. All kinds of restaurants and it has what you need to stay with peace of mind for 2 people and the price of the accommodation is well balanced

All very good. apartment well located. Excellent neighborhood. New building. Voltaria for sure. The only point of attention is that on the front avenue there is a lot of noise from passing cars, whoever is most sensitive to noise may be bothered. Excepting that the rest is perfect.

The most remarkable thing about the accommodation is, without a doubt, the location. If you go by car, it is very well connected to get around everywhere: near Valparaíso, Viña del Mar and other points of interest in the area. The apartment had everything you needed to be comfortable during your stay. I went with two friends and it was excellent for us. In addition, communication with the host was very good, always attentive and clear. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment and view, the building is very good and its facilities are perfect. Very nice people and there are places to shop nearby. It is walkable to go to the Jumbo and leave the car in the building.
