The place is even better in person. We are a Brazilian couple and on our first day in Chile we had some doubts, but the hosts quickly answered and guided us. Impeccable apartment, just like in the photos, practical and functional kitchen, quiet bed and relaxing bathroom for those who spend the day out sightseeing and come back to eat and rest. In the surroundings, we find everything, pharmacies, pizzerias, markets, cell phone recharging and Uber at the door in a fast time to every corner of the city. We will return to stay 3 days in Santiago and then we will go to Atacama, with all certainty our accommodation will be with you again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! See you there! Thank you very much <3

It's a very cozy, spotless and well-equipped apartment. We felt better than the pictures. The street is very quiet, but very close to streets with a lot of movement, close to squares, restaurants and cafés, among others. I loved that I had books, especially a very nice one with children's stories that my son enjoyed :).

The accommodation was small but cozy. We had an enjoyable stay with our family. The Host was very kind and helped us with many things, as well as the receptionists in the building. I recommend the accommodation.

The owner of the apartment was super friendly and was quick to respond, always ready to answer any questions. Located in a quiet area, the apartment enjoyed super little noise. The janitors were friendly at all times and ready to answer any questions. Despite having a problem with the vending machine, we were taken care of super well and the problem was resolved immediately.

An apartment with a very good location, safe, steps from the subway, supermarket and shops. The apartment is tidy, very clean and with everything they describe.

The views are really wonderful, it's totally worth it, everything is very clean, the interior is super complete, totally recommended, we'll go back

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

We were five incredible days! a very comfortable and super well equipped house, the house was incredible, but the plot where the house is located is fantastic!! waking up early with a coffee and walking through the beautiful landscapes inside the property was great! very recommended and definitely have to go back :)

Cristobal and Carlos are great hosts. We were very attentive and helped us in everything. Countryside on beautiful with a privileged view and very near to the ski station.

We made a last minute reservation and yet Camila managed to leave the house clean and organized to welcome us. The house is comfortable and pleasant and for our family TV and comfortable sofas are essential to our movie moment at the end of the day, the house has an excellent infrastructure for that. We really like it!

The house is wonderful, just a little far. It was difficult to book tours, but as there were 7 of us, we booked a van for us.

Karina was an excellent host. The place is very comfortable, pleasant and ideal for being with children. We loved the entertaining room, you can watch movies comfortably you or the kids, as well as play as it has some toys for them. Even reading a while, something you'd like for your little interesting book offer. Everything is VERY CLEAN, tidy and quiet in the apartment. We didn't hear bulla almost in the surrounding apartments. On the other hand, although it does not have an ocean view, it has a view of a forest that is located next to the condominium that is very nice to observe. And Karina, she was VERY kind, courteous and with an excellent disposition. Highly recommended for families!

I had an amazing stay at Loreto’s apartment in San Joaquin. Loreto is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and was always quick to reply to any concern I might have. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided in advance. The space itself was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. Working in Las Condes, the metro station being a stone’s throw away was very helpful and connected me to the rest of the city. Loreto provided great recommendations for services nearby and the apartment itself had everything you might need, like an actual home. If I’m ever in Santiago again, I would return to Loreto’s apartment in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to anybody.

The apartment is excellent and is better than the photos. Great space for traveling with family or friends. Very beautiful view in all environments, especially in the rooms. It met the needs of our group of 5 people. The garage is spacious. The neighborhood is good and has good options for restaurants and markets nearby. There is a gastronomic boulevard within walking distance. I recommend it and would come back!

The apartment was excellent. We arrived and it was in perfect condition. We felt at home. The building has security and also has a garage where you can leave the car. Everything was a luxury. There were many businesses nearby. To get anything, you didn't have to go more than 2 blocks. Alejandro was always very attentive, answering the questions that arose. We also booked the apartment on the day, without advance notice, because we didn't know when we could cross, because the crossing between Chile and Argentina was closed due to the weather. He solved everything for us at the time. He's a genius, really. The day we return to Chile, we'll definitely go back to him. We were more than satisfied with the accommodation and Alejandro's service!

Beautiful apartment very well maintained, equipped and with a spectacular view! We appreciated all the details ( spices, oil and coffee...) that participate in a pleasant daily life! Communication with Mascha is very fluid. Transportation passes in front of the building: which is convenient! We will definitely go back!
