We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

Felipe was very kind to us, and he responded very quickly. The property is very complete and has a lot of security in the lobby. In addition, you can leave your luggage if you arrive before your check-in or if you leave after your check-out, which was a great help to us. The apartment is super clean and complete, recommended.

The house has a wonderful balcony. Everything is very clean. And Maria Fernanda responds super fast and is super attentive. The only thing was that the 2 pools were under maintenance. The heated one and the one on the 27th floor. I was sad I didn't use them. I couldn't connect the Netflix and YouTube channels to the TV in the house. Other great things! I'd come back again! Close to the airport, too! (Maximum 15 min!)

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

To begin with, the location is perfect! Close to all the best coffee shops, food, subway, everything! The studio is perfect! The outside area is a really cool area, I have nothing to complain about! The host is wonderful. I had a problem with my flight arrival and he was very attentive and helped my mother check in to the building. The Loft is in a great location and most importantly, it is very safe! It meets all my needs.

We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry are very well equipped, which makes everyday life much easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, as it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator during the night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

The house is as described, but we had difficulty getting to the place. The address did not take us to the correct place, I had to contact Karina so she could send me the correct one. I could have been advised a day before (I tried to ask in the chat 1 day before and had no response). Another setback was the internet at the location, there was not much signal and Wi-Fi did not work, which was very bad. The bathtub didn't work and since it was cold, the showers didn't have enough hot water to bathe.

The stay was amazing, nature everywhere, the house was very cute, tidy and cozy, the host left everything tidy for my arrival, communication with her was easy and I had all the necessary support, I highly recommend it for those who need to rest or just live a moment of peace and tranquility.
