Beachfront holiday rental in Santo Domingo Province

The location was private but centrally located. I was surprised about the size of the place. it was bigger than advertised. Really nice and I will use it as a go to spot.

Staying at Vera and Ellis' place was wonderful. They were quick to respond to any of my questions and help me navigate the town. The apt was comfortable and I agree that the one AC unit in the bedroom cooled down the rest of the apt enough to make it comfortable. At one point I asked where I could find my favorite Dominican dish (locrio de pollo) and they worked with the restaurant downstairs to make it for me. My only thing to look out for is it can be pretty loud on the beach over the weekend. I managed to sleep through it, but some people might not be able to. And check out the empanada place just two blocks away at the corner of Abraham Nunez and Dominguez, Acualuz Bar on gMaps. Delicious empanadas and juices.

This was an ideal spot to have if you’re visiting playa de Boca Chica for the first time. Having security on the first floor was a nice buffer for safety and even with this location there was a gym and a pool that are not your typical amenity overall the host had a spot clean and in order and he was very responsive and I highly recommend this for anyone traveling to the Dominican Republic

We loved the listing. Had one hiccup but the host was immediately responsive to fix the issue. Beautiful views and the best listing in Santo Domingo we had stayed in. Will be back soon

El penthouse de Oliver en Boca Chica es toda una joya, bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades para relajarte y descansar. Posee una vista impresionante que puedes disfrutar desde las habitaciones, la sala, el comedor y la terraza lo cual me enamoro totalmente Su cocina está equipada con todo, buenos utensilios y una gran variedad de cubiertos, copas y demás Las habitaciones y la casa en general está bellamente decorado y cada cosa en su lugar lo cual inspira mucha paz Es un entorno tranquilo así que si buscas desconectarte y disfrutar de una linda vista, jacuzzi o parrillada con amigos o familia esta es tu opción IDEAL Particularmente yo y mi familia quedamos con ganas de regresar pronto

El penthouse de Marina es ya como nuestra casa. Ya es la tercera vez que venimos y nos ENCANTAAAA Marina es super especial, responde siempre y rapido, hace todo superfacil. Ademas el penthouse tiene mas de lo que uno necesita, totalmente equipado, muy limpio, muy bonito decorado, siempre huele excelente y lo mejor una vistas de ensueno. La ubicacion es excepcional, muy privado y muy cerca de restaurantes donde comer comida local exquisita. Volveremos, volveremos y volveremos

This place is beautiful. I have stayed here before and I will always come here when I come to Boca Chica. The place is very clean, safe and like I said before beautiful. Everything is in walking distance and you are literally a few steps from the beach.

Muy bonito el alojamiento, tiene una terraza muy amplia donde puedes observar en atardecer, la decoración y la amplitud del departamento es increíble!! la zona de piscina se encuentra un poco descuidada pero para darte un chapuzón es excelente.
