Extremely clean and fragrant house, simple but with everything that is necessary. Eduardo and his wife were polite, kind and super flexible at check-in and check-out, and welcomed us with a delicious cake and juice. I loved my stay and would definitely rent again! 🥰

I felt at home. The house is beautiful and very pleasant, as well as very clean. The internet also works very well. It is a renovated old house, with a style that we no longer see in modern houses. Very interesting. The interior decor is also very beautiful. I was with my boyfriend and we wanted to buy a similar house for us to live forever. You don't even want to leave. We were made to feel very welcome, the hosts are very polite and helpful. The accommodation is better than it looks in the pictures, all new, rustic and very beautiful. Beds are comfortable and the house is quite spacious. I went with my family and felt at home. I recommend it to everyone.

This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. Prepare for rustic and on the verge of falling apart but you don’t care with the surroundings, it feels like you are sleeping on the ocean and walking through a magical secret pathways

I liked it a lot, I thought the location was very good, the beach of Enseada and Pitangueiras are very close, just under 4km, taking less than 10 minutes by motorcycle, without the need to take the highway or dangerous roads, Assaí wholesale store is nearby and there are many options in the center. The house is very cozy and nothing was missing, I will definitely come back again, nothing to complain about! Success to you.

We had a wonderful 7 days, the house smelled good, well equipped with kitchen utensils, comfortable sofas and the bed provided us with great nights of sleep. The house as a whole is wonderful, beautiful garden, great space for those who will take a dog, we took our Bully who enjoyed the house and the beach a lot. Quiet neighborhood, many shopping options, quiet streets day and night. We thank the hosts José and Laura for welcoming us with affection, always giving tips on places and restaurants. Beautiful beach, we had no difficulty getting there, wonderful experience, I recommend the space to everyone.

The host made the experience a thousand times better. I loved the stay, the place is clean, fragrant, cozy and super beautiful. Easy access, and many useful places around, such as a market, ice cream shop, bars, and very close to the beach. The only constructive observation I have is about kitchen utensils. For those who think about cooking (as was my intention) I advise you to take a frying pan, and depending on a baking sheet. The house has plenty of dishes, glasses, and leaves nothing to be desired in this regard. One mistake I made was buying ice cream, it ended up turning into milk because it didn't fit in the freezer haha, so my advice is to go to the apartment first, and then to the market! Overall, an amazing place, super accessible and understandable host. I loved the stay!

I had a great experience! The location was perfect for my purpose (it's a 2-minute walk from where I would work)! In addition, it is close to the mall and several bakeries and supermarkets. The apartment is exactly as advertised, it has many utensils (iron, dryer) the kitchen has various appliances (blender, coffee maker, etc.). Bruno is very helpful, the reception staff are polite and helpful. Anyway, I found the value extremely fair for what is offered and I would certainly stay again.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos: beautiful, clean and super organized. The building is listed — a real find for architecture lovers. For this reason, the balcony doors are original and do not completely block out external noise. This did not bother me, but it may be a point of attention for those who have light sleep. Life there is enchanting, and the swing on the balcony gives a special charm to the experience. I recommend exploring the restaurants in the area, which are amazing - especially REVO, which is on the back street.

Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As a caveat, it can be noted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.
