Bruno's place is outstanding. We had an amazing time. Large bedrooms, lots of living space, and beautiful all around. The location is excellent in a private upscale area. A rare gem in Sao Paulo.

The host calls it a refuge? Wow, that's right, a quiet place, super pet friendly, a large enclosed space, it has everything, nothing is missing, a hot shower, a delicious hammock, calm from the entrance to the exit. That was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Space for pets where we would be relaxed with them running and us feeling the peace of that place... I'll be back... Beautiful house... Check-in and check-out were very nice too

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that don't appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, it had blankets and towels at ease, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it's extremely well equipped, pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house later and I intend to return! in addition to everything, it is cozy and a positive family aura is perceived, one feels a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note mil!

The house is delicious, better than in the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We love it! I hope to come back again and again.

Impeccable space, which corresponds exactly to what is shown in the advertisement. Extremely civilized neighbors (you don't hear a sound from them). This is the third time I've stayed in this building, and I have nothing to complain about.

We were very well received from the first contact until the moment of departure. We found the accommodations to be clean and well maintained, I highly recommend them.

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The hosts were very receptive and welcoming and collaborated to give me the best possible accommodation. OKsana responded to all my messages quickly and kindly. And Ary gave me a ride twice to get around the place! The house is large, like all the rooms. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The shower was hot with easy temperature regulation. The bed was comfortable and the blankets warm, with a balcony overlooking the greenery as shown in the photos. It was a very pleasant stay and I can only thank you!

Nikolas' house is a great place to spend time in Sao Paulo. The village where the house is located is quiet and full of privacy, in a location that is one of the best possible - very close to the subway, good restaurants and bars. And Nikolas is a great host, super polite and proactive for any issue you need. I recommend 100%.
