Marlene was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I and my family had a nice stay at Alex's apartment. The host was very attentive and quick to answer messages and ask questions. Before arriving in São José, he sent videos with all the necessary instructions and relevant information about the condominium. The apartment is cozy, and the ceiling fans made a difference in our stay. It is also well located, with everything you might need a few minutes away, such as bakery, markets, pharmacies, etc. We recommend to those who want to spend time in São José.

The apartment had everything I needed for a great stay. In the condominium there is a small restaurant/snack bar that serves lunch. There is also a bakery right at the exit of the condominium that meets the most immediate needs. Attentive hosts and respond quickly. I recommend the accommodation.

The stay was great! The place was extremely organized, clean and fragrant. All arranged with a lot of whim and zeal. I've had several experiences on Airbnb and this apartment was by far the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The bath towels are of good quality, the bed linen too, and everything was super well washed. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need. The furniture is new and beautiful. The building is very quiet and has a great location. My stepson had a lot of fun on the soccer field. We had a peaceful weekend of rest. Carolina and her husband were very friendly and attentive.

José was super attentive and proved to be a great host.

I loved the space, I had almost everything I needed. Lucimar was a love of a person! Very helpful, indicated bakeries and other nearby locations. We stumbled across the glass bricks in the bathroom, but nothing to take away the privacy. I highly recommend the spot!

Loft very good, neighborhood and excellent location, several nearby bars and restaurants, bakery,etc. The loft is very good all very clean and well taken care of. Leonardo always answered us very quickly, was very attentive providing all the necessary information.

Host Cristiana was very attentive and always came back to us when we needed something or had any questions. Estadia was excellent, I felt at home, Márcio does not give much openness to a future friendship, and makes a mess in the kitchen with cooking, I myself cleaned this mess I don't care, I spent a cloth on the tbm floor, dirty furniture. Mais was very quiet and delicious the place. A spectacular view.

Exactly as the ad shows, new and spacious apartment. The host Cristiano was super flexible both at check-in and check-out, which helped us a lot! We miss a gym in the building and kitchen utensils, but the neighborhood has everything, we will definitely come back!
