The place has a unique energy, perfect for those seeking peace and contact with nature. And the waterfall? Sensational! A perfect getaway in São Francisco Xavier. It's really worth it!

The space is simply BEAUTIFUL. I threw my daughter's 13th birthday party and she loved it, not to mention the guests who were dazzled by the space. Indico strongly this space. Everything is very beautiful, well arranged and an exceptional location. It has a beautiful view. At check-in, we were very well received and given very clear instructions about the stay. I will definitely rent again in the future. It is well worth it.

Excellent place, with all the amenities and very thoughtful to make the guest's life easier. Every morning the caretaker would clean the pool and the jacuzzi. We also hired the bed/bath linen, in addition to the service with the cleaning lady Fátima, which was well worth it. Hosts with instructions and guide about the place, easy communication. I would definitely come back.

I really loved the stay. The place was very cozy and every time I asked for help she gave it to me immediately, I was always aware that I felt comfortable. She and her husband were very attentive to my needs and I thank you from the heart. Below is a pizzeria with very delicious food, it has a nice view. It is an accessible place and there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, shops and so on very close and you can walk. It's 10 minutes from downtown by car. The place had all the basics and more to be able to live for several weeks. It has everything you need for cooking, I loved it because personally I like cooking and it was very helpful. Communication was always very easy and its accessibility exceeded expectations. I'm definitely going back to this place because I loved it. ♥️♥️ She was the best host I've found in an Airbnb!

The Chácara is amazing, super-equipped and all very well cared for and beautiful. Everything very clean and organized, impeccable gardening, equipped kitchens, large rooms. The host welcomed us very well, always willing to help us. We had a great time, with a bath in the dam. It was a wonderful fds.

We spent a very delicious weekend, a quiet place with a beautiful view. The house is very complete, we do not miss anything, the homemade Tiago extremely helpful and helped us a lot. Augusto also very kind, easy to communicate, surprised us with the delivery of a cake for the afternoon coffee, small gestures make a lot of difference.

Everything was amazing, Alisson (owner of the house) is truly a super host. It made everything easy and easy to communicate. Only two questions that were not positive: to get to the house you need to go through a dirt road of about 5km and in the house there is a lot of fly (better to take an electric racket or something like that, as there are many). Other than that, no details. The view is beautiful, with a great pool and an ideal barbecue for an event with more than 12 people. Super recommend your stay!

Perfect place to rest in the midst of nature. More beautiful than in the photos, we saw several different birds, a huge peace. I felt at home, high-quality bed linen and towels, and it was super safe. I recommend and intend to return.

The outer space is amazing. Industrial kitchen with several sinks, well-equipped, 2 well located grills. The houses with bathrooms that cater well to a large number of people. Just the smell of paint in one of the houses and one of the still dirty barbecues are small spots to watch out for. But I super recommend the stay.

Stay was great! Very attentive host and home exactly as advertised. Quality mattresses, pillows and bedding! The site is in one of the most beautiful parts of the dam and away from the mess! Place to rest with the family. Highlight for helper that was a note 10!

I spent incredible days, along with family and friends, the super pleasant place, very welcoming and cozy. Sr Henrique was super cordial, he has wonderful homemakers, we had more contact with Mrs. Eliane who was always wonderful very attentive. As for the space is the same described if it is not better, very beautiful the surroundings, being able to make a fire was amazing for adults and children. I'll be back as soon as I can.
