I stayed at the apartment to carry out activities at INPE, which is less than 15 minutes away. Everything is very convenient, with parking spaces in the closed garage, and also in front of the building. Close to one of the shopping malls, restaurants, ...

Apartment well located and compatible with photos. It is an old apartment, which would be possible some small adjustments, but it already has improved points. Host request and responded quickly when I needed it. The cleaning offered by the building itself leaves a little to be desired. It has a large indoor garage included.

I recommend a coffee on the balcony, watching the sunset! The only thing I missed in the apartment was a coffee maker, although I already have the utensils to prepare the coffee on a gas cooker, particularly I find it practical even for the apartment facilities, the use of coffee maker.. In addition, everything is ok and within what is described.

The stay was very good. The place is very clean, organized and pleasant, the kind that makes you feel at ease right away. The check-in was smooth, without complications, and the staff were very polite and helpful throughout the experience. There was no problem, since check-in. The environment was clean and as described by the owner. The view from the balcony is quite pleasant, providing a rest for the mind. Because it is on a high floor, it has good privacy and escapes a little from the noise of Rod. Pres. Dutra.
