The apartment is small, so it's for those who will be out all day, or are traveling alone. The beds are good and the sheets and towels are clean. They provide basic kitchen utensils. Close to the mall and the market.

The Studio met our expectations exactly, a super organized, clean, beautiful place, top quality furnishings and yet with treats for the tenants. Gustavo is an excellent host, attentive. We recommend Studio for those who are visiting Curitiba, also for its excellent location and security.

The Hosts were impeccable! The environment is super cozy, clean, comfortable, and even with the cold weather, there were blankets, and the air conditioning also works in hot mode. But what I liked the most were the details thought out with care: a filter and a jug for water (for those who want it cold, which makes a difference), a specific towel for makeup (I thought this was wonderful), an electronic lock (no need to leave with a key and risk losing it), a clothesline to dry towels and even umbrellas available! The location in the center was great. In 20, 30 minutes of walking we were in bars, restaurants or on Rua 24 Horas, where the tour bus leaves. From Uber, everything is very close and easily accessible as well. The building's doormen were very helpful and the hosts were lovely: friendly, attentive, full of good tips. I highly recommend it! Excellent locale, lots of quiet and privacy, great structure. Optimal receptivity, support and sympathy of Eliz and her husband in all contacts.

A very dear and attentive host, the communication with her was very easy, always made things clear and helped us a lot regarding the check in, we literally had no problem. The location is very good, close to several things, shopping, bar, restaurant and still can be a quiet place to get to and walk there.

The place is simple, but it serves the stay well for the price paid. The neighborhood is further away from the center, but with a bakery less than 100 meters away and a restaurant with lunch for R$ 20.00, 50 meters from the house. In addition, a few blocks from the house, the neighborhood has good shopping with some restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacies and other stores.

Marcio's accommodation is carefully prepared to welcome his guests. The cleanliness is impeccable, in every corner. The place is cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Marcio is attentive and very receptive. We brought a pet that received all the attention and pampering. It was very worth it !!

The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and do everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24h gatekeepers and automatic activation of the gate by the license plate (practical), and it also has a market.

Second time I stayed in Zenaide's apartment and everything was impeccable, just like the first time. She is always kind, the apartment is clean and comfortable, and the people who stay at the entrance are sweethearts.

Great apartment in a convenient location within walking distance of grocery store, bakery, restaurants and shops! Enough space for our family of 4 during a 7-night stay. Ana was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The apartment was very clean and the building amenities were beautiful with reserved parking spaces in the garage below, which made us feel very safe at all hours. We would definitely stay there again!
