Amazing central apartment on the ground floor of a modern but historic building (totally rebuild in May 2016). Full of light, this apartment has plenty of space for two guests: 1 double bedroom with big closet area, 1 bathroom, spacious living room (dining and lounge areas), little office space and a cozy deck and PRIVATE garden where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air in the middle of historic Lisbon. :) It is situated in a calm street, yet in a central location. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave, and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. There’s an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. There are air conditionings in the room and living room. You’ll have wireless Internet, so if you'll need to connect, bring your devices ☺. We will welcome you at the apartment and share all of our knowledge and recommendations with you. We will also be on hand during your stay – should you have any problems or queries we are only a phone call away. The entrance lobby of the building have 24h security camera, this is a request from the condominium and is full compliance with portuguese law privacy policies We promise you will enjoy your stay, however, be warned! You may never want to leave! Price for 2 people using all the house; you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room, garden etc. This apartment could be used as a temporary Office, and has great work place. You will get the keys from us personally and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and the neighborhood. We will also be on hand during your stay - you can contact us by phone, SMS, mail or x(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)x Messenger. Located in the Santo António district, the home places you at the center of Lisbon's historic architecture and culture. Quaint, cobbled streets lead you delicious restaurants and charming cafes with the city center just a short walk away. 3 min walking from/to the metro stations Restauradores or Avenida and 5 min walking from the train station Rossio (Sintra train). This apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay! it is perfectly located right next to the metro station, only 3 stops from the centre of Lisbon which was extremely helpful! It was a lovely space, looks exactly like the photos and although some previous reviews mention road noise, it really isn't noticeable at all. Only noticeable item that wasn't included was the photographed and mentioned Rituals shower gels etc, it was a lovely added extra I was willing to pay a bit extra for and when we got there it wasn't rituals it was a random brand. Otherwise, the area and accommodation were brilliant and Paulo / Jorge were very helpful when communicating with them! We will definitely be back!

The apartment is excellent! There is a mini market next door and it is close to many places of interest. I just don't recommend it for those who have mobility difficulties to arrive on foot with suitcases because there is a climb to the place, the ideal is always to come by car (Uber, for example). But without luggage, you have easy access to Avenida Liberdade, you can go on foot. It is not possible to leave your luggage on site before check-in or after the end of your stay, but there is a rental place to leave your luggage about 220m away, for approximately 6 euros per bag. The kitchen is equipped, has everything you need for cooking, as well as a washing machine, iron and hair dryer of good quality. Would recommend your stay!

It was my first time in Portugal, and this home made it extra special. The hot tub outside was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, and the patio was a lovely spot to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Rui, the host, was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. He even provided a hand-drawn map with recommendations for must-see places in Portugal, which was such a personal and helpful touch. I truly felt at home here and can't wait to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable stay in Portugal!

Fantastically beautiful accommodation in a top location. Plenty of space in a newly renovated old building and the tasteful and high-quality furnishings made us feel very comfortable right away. It had everything you needed and the bed was very comfortable. We also found it very comfortable to have a safe parking space directly at the property despite the central location. The driveway was a bit hidden over really narrow alleys, but Ricardo greeted us at the door, which was great. When we get back to Lisbon, we already know where we want to be.
