Kid-friendly holiday rentals in São Lourenco Beach

I wanted to thank Janine, delicious house, exactly as advertised, perfect for our needs, the host Erinaldo was super helpful with our needs. We all loved our stay!! Delicious pool, and the house is amazing!!!!

We loved the house, we went in the cold of June and the shared sauna and bathtub saved us a lot, lol. The house is very good, cozy, clean. I recommend it and I want to come back more often 🥰

The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The stay at Guilherme's house was excellent! The house is exactly as in the photos: very comfortable, well equipped and impeccably clean. In addition, the condominium where it is located is a great differential. It has a market, bar, restaurant, gym and several leisure options, as well as direct access to the beach, with service included — which makes the experience even more practical and enjoyable. Access to both the condominium and the house was simple and quiet. Guilherme was always very attentive and quick to respond, which made us even more comfortable throughout the stay. I highly recommend the house for those who want to enjoy the coast of SP with comfort and practicality.

We spent the Easter holiday (17 to 21/4) with the family. The house is like the description. We went in 10 people and accommodated perfectly. Maria is well worth hiring. We arrived from the beach and the house was neat, clean and with the food ready. Chairs and parasol are new. The pool isn't heated but we still use it every day. We do not miss any kitchen appliances. It has no dryer. Only Suggestion, although there is no tear, change the sofa in the living room. I found it low and a little uncomfortable. The colchoes have no smell, a positive point, but for my taste, I found it a little soft (tastes firmer). Reasonable bed, table and bath linen. Nao has a face and beach towel, these need to take. Shower and air-conditioning ok. Easy access to the mall house and close to the beach. The inner path to the beach is very beautiful and clean. The room underneath and one of the upstairs suites are without screens in the window (missed). The rest of the house has screens. Overall, it was great!

It was exactly as we imagined, Maria Josefina always requests very quick, polite responses. Casa is excellent, very clean, spacious, very quiet place. Our carnival was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay here and José was very communicative and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. Valdir who gave us access to the property was also very friendly and welcoming to us. A highlight for us was being able to watch the many colourful birds eat the fruit we placed out for them and the other animals around the place. A great place to stay if you want some relaxation time, you do need a car though if you want to explore the area.

We were very pleased with our stay at the apartment of Márcio and Regina in the Riviera. The space perfectly met all our expectations — everything was clean, well organized and exactly as described in the announcement. The location is excellent and the atmosphere very pleasant. The Hosts were thoughtful. We definitely recommend and would come back at a next opportunity!

We had a super quiet stay! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made it very easy. The beach was calm and, as described, is actually foot in the sand. The place is also very well equipped, with several utensils available — until the thermal box we find!

Clean and all-equipped apartment, excellent outdoor area. safe place and near resurfacing, pharmacy , shops and supermarket. i definitely recommend it.

The Space of Sidnei is great. The Resort services and very helpful employees and the apartment and well spacious to accommodate 2 families. We love our stay and will surely return!

I loved the apartment! It's just like the listing, it's fine clean and organized. The check in was very easy and quick and the staff of the building was always very kind. And the apartment is very close to the beach. I and my family were very pleased and we will definitely come back again.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Ana from the first contact, responded promptly to all my doubts and helped me a lot with tips and suggestions, as it was the first time we went to the region, her apartment is the same as the photos, everything available for us to use, bed linen and towels all clean, very well equipped, very close to the beach, and even the place on the beach to stay is very close to the apartment, as the condominium offers chairs and sunshine, which made me comfortable to go and come back from the beach several times throughout the day. For those who like to bustle, have a mall and a space of events nearby, were beemmm hectic, with lots of food and music. I like the tranquility better, but I went there curious. Quiet, clean and safe streets, I felt safe in the area. It was worth the stay in Ana's apartment for a lot. I loved it from start to finish.

Very functional apartment, with the integrated rooms. Mattresses in all very good rooms! Barbecue on the balcony is a differential. Clean apartment. Building provides ice, leisure area note 10. Very close to the beach, 5 minutes walking. I'll be back with my family for sure.

Quiet, comfortable and very friendly place, as well as the hosts Carla and Rodolfo. Rodolfo was a gentleman during our stay. Accommodation on the upper floor, access by a small staircase, with a balcony and two spacious bedrooms, quality bed and bath linens. The kitchen has everything you could need and it's even possible to have a good barbecue. The decoration and lighting are harmonious, with works of art by the owner. The design and access to the condominium is fantastic, large patio for parking and resembles an Azorean village and is well located in relation to the beach. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, well located. We only stayed one weekend and we couldn't enjoy the leisure area, which is very good. Renato is a very helpful person and gave us all the necessary attention. Riviera is a very safe place for that moment of relaxation.

I highly recommend it! Lots of privacy, security and comfort. Zeta kept in touch with us throughout the period, helping and giving tips!! Cleaning: everything is super clean and super NEW. Convenience: the beach service makes everything easier to enjoy! Just arrive with your things and settle in the corresponding umbrella of the apartment. The location is excellent, close to shopping and with a variety of restaurants that deliver All very polite and helpful staff. I will definitely come back other times, 1000/1000

Henrique and the building staff were very attentive and kind, excellent location, practically on the sand as mentioned, everything working, well equipped, there's even a Nexpresso coffee machine. We'll be back!
