House holiday rentals in São Miguel Island

Sara’s house was a great place to stay while visiting Sao Miguel. The house was clean, well stocked, private, peaceful, and situated above the town of Maia with beautiful views down the coastline and great sunsets! Our kids loved the pool which was great to return to after doing day trips. The beds were comfy which was a plus after lots of adventuring. It was within easy driving distance of many of the key sights. Sara is a great communicator, provides lots of helpful info, and responsive to any questions. We would recommend this place to anyone while visiting the Azores!

This was a spectacular location!! It is even more beautiful and breathtaking than the pictures. The host is a great communicator and helped to make our stay even more special and we felt right at home!! This is a one in a lifetime location and it cannot be missed!!

Dino’s home is one of the top three AirBnBs that we have stayed in, and we have stayed at over 30+ AirBnBs from Peru to Portugal, Europe and the US. Moreover, he is easily the best host we have ever stayed with. He was waiting for us when we arrived and spent 30 minutes showing us where everything was and how to use it. I would strongly recommend his home to anyone looking for a beautiful home in a beautiful location.

We loved our stay at Marie’s house! Her and her family were so helpful and accommodating especially since we were traveling with two small children. This is the perfect house, especially if you are coming with kiddos! We loved the playroom, high chair, baby bed, and they even had children’s pool toys. We have stayed in many houses in several countries and this was one of our favorite stays! The location is perfect to visit either side of the island. We would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very well located and the view is stunning. Everything to visit and hikes are within 30 minutes from the house. Nuno was very responsive and even helped us get soccer tickets. I highly recommend and will be back at this same house next time we come to the island. Thanks!

Fantastic "villa mirante" accommodation. The interior spaces are perfectly designed with quality finishes. Great attention to detail. Large garden and solarium in private coverage. Maximum privacy. If you're looking for a minimalist little house with large windows that makes you feel connected to outdoor nature, this is the place.

Vera’s place was incredible! They were super responsive, gave great reviews and even left us a bottle of wine, chocolates and a guidebook for our stay! The home is beautiful and being able to relax by the pool or lounge space outside before heading for dinner was the cherry on top! Would 100% recommend staying here

We cannot say enough about how much we loved this place! The host was amazing and extremely accommodating. The house is beautiful with SPECTACULAR views. Everything was close either walkable or a short drive. Did I say that the host was amazing yet!???!!!! Bruno made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Aleksandra is an amazong host. she genuinely cares about jer guests ' experience. Before amd during the trip she was excellent woth providing quock replies/communication for recommendations, details about the osland/loacation, tour companies, etc. When we had a minor issue it was quickly resolved. Sparkling clean, charming, and truly a hone a way from hone. I enjoyed the garden immensely. She greets her guests in person with warm hospitality

We had a really nice stay here. The location is great to explore the island and the private garden and path to the sea was just fantastic.

This house is in a great location for experiencing the town of Furnas. Furnas was in a good location to get around the island to see other spots too. We really appreciated the walkable location to nearby fruit shop, restaurants and the rest of town. The house has a nice size living space and comfortable bedrooms. The host was very responsive to any questions prior to and during our stay. The house comfortably fit our family of 7. We would definitely recommend this house.

This was probably our best Airbnb experience ever! A stunning, stylish oceanfront cottage — a true dream. We traveled with our 7-month-old baby and were amazed to find not only a crib, but also a baby bathtub and even a feeding bottle. Such a thoughtful touch! The house is beautifully decorated, cozy, and fully equipped. It felt like a peaceful retreat — we loved relaxing, watching the waves, and enjoying the privacy. The beds were super comfortable, with quality linens and towels. The home was warm and welcoming, with a lovely patio and even a telescope and binoculars to admire the ocean. There were also delicious local treats waiting for us, which made us feel even more at home. Special thanks for the late check-out — it allowed us to enjoy our final morning stress-free. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat!

We had a beautiful stay with Ana. She was an exceptional host, and the house was so peaceful and clean. The house was well stocked with everything we could have needed; we appreciated the books and nice crib for our toddler. Her cats were always there to greet us and were so sweet. Great location for our stay, the town has a grocery store and great restaurants. Thank you, Ana!

We had a wonderful stay at Jose's. We were two families, four young kids and it was the perfect setup for us. We liked the location, as it wasn't downtown so it was quiet and had a good backyard for the kids, a pool, and a beautiful view! It was also easy to get to other parts of the island from. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook in. After being at the house for 5 days, a crew came and changed the linens and cleaned the house! We mostly communicated with Tomas, who checked us in and Joana. Both were lovely and very helpful! They were also extremely accommodating with check in/check-out! We were able to check in early which was critical for the kids after a redeye and they let us check out later than the normal check-out time. We highly recommend this house for future guest!

Great host! Communication was fantastic. Street was a bit noisier than expected but other than that was fantastic. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much! There was an issue with a sink in one of the bathrooms and they were very quick to respond and fix it right away. It was in a great location close to the marina and we loved the view. I would definitely stay here again.
