Wonderful Hosting! We spent the carnival holiday with great comfort and tranquility. The Host is very kind, he served us with great promptness and education! There was the possibility of flexibility of check-in and checkout times, which contributed a lot for our tour. The apartment is very clean and organized, has a lot of utensils in the kitchen and in the rest of the rooms. All great, we are pleased!

We spent wonderful days at Augusto's apartment. Everything was very clean, both the apartment and the condominium. Super flexible check-in and check-out. The apartment is close to the best point of Praia do Forte, and also to shopping in general. Certainly, when we return to Cabo Frio, it will be our first option.

Wonderful stay! We were 8 people, 4 bedrooms with 2 en-suites, 1 social bathroom and a toilet. We were 3 couples and 2 daughters, all very well accommodated. In the penthouse, there was an en-suite, in addition to the bedrooms, there were still 2 double mattresses and 1 single mattress. That is, great division and penthouse with magnificent shower. Everything was perfect! From the reception to the end. My family was delighted! Thank you very much Rodrigo. We will definitely be back.

Condominium near the best kiosks.Local quiet,super airy, with a tasty wind. Bed room and clean kitchen, by the way the whole apartment was very clean . Ample Parking Mr.Luiz super polite and always ready to answer questions and guide us. Mr. Gilson who checked in super helpful and friendly. I loved it! Super recommend..

Beautiful place. I loved the location, super quiet and away from the crowd. If you are looking for a quiet area, no noise and without many people it is definitely perfect. It is very close to the beach and a shopping mall, but I also recommend driving for convenience. The apartment is a 10, it is small but super cozy and with everything you need. The only thing to keep in mind would be the water, you can't choose the temperature, in the shower it comes out a little hot only. And to wash the dishes the same. You can't choose either colder or warmer. Everything else was excellent .

Large apartment, very good beds,super clean, clean bed and bath linen,very good indeed. The air-conditioning was missed,but it had good fans. We had problems with the stove and with the electric power,which was quickly solved. I suggest you change the couch,as it is wood,it was not comfortable.

Great penthouse near Dunas beach. The host Laurent gave us good tips and Adriana welcomed us very well, showed the whole apartment and guided us with everything. Paulo, the janitor of the condominium also very helpful. Great place to spend a few days with family. I recommend it too much.

We loved our stay in the Giselle and Wallace bungalow. The space was clean and organized. Condominio very clean also and organized. We love the pool. I took advantage of the holidays and went to Cabo Frio with my family in early August. The apartment is close to Dunas beach, but to speed things up it is better to drive there. The location is great, as it has easy access to Arraial do Cabo and the like. The day we went the apartment had no internet, apparently with some problem in the region, so that was a negative point for that moment, because as much as we were there enjoying the beach, at night when we arrived at the apartment we were limited in relation to the things that needed internet, so we had to route the internet from the cell phone to the TV. And Jorginho (caretaker) is super polite and always helped us when we needed it, especially with this Internet/check-in and check-out issue. The apartment has potential, it is large, it accommodated 5 people perfectly, but we felt a lack of utensils in the kitchen. (cutlery, glasses, pots) Otherwise, expectations were met and we had an amazing week in Cabo Frio.

It was a wonderful experience to host in the apartment of the Edivar in Cabo Frio. Excellent location, to walk to the Dunas beach and to the beach of Forte. Next to bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. I went with my parents and felt at home from the first moment we entered the apartment. Everything was clean and smelling, and exactly matched the photos here in the listing. Large, well-maintained and well equipped space! Edivar was attentive and kept in close contact when he needed some information. I highly recommend!!! We will definitely return!!!

It was a great stay! Casa super clean and organized, we felt at home. Apartment with great location, near market, pharmacy, and near the bus station. Communication with the host was great, always with quick responses and still allowed us a flexible check in and check out. I hope to come back more often.

Our stay was amazing! We were afraid it would stay away from the beach but the place is very charming. There is a kiosk almost in front that on weekends it has a very special sambinha and you feel the atmosphere of the place. The apartment is in a quiet place, with a very close bakery and holds 1 couple with 2 children well. It has a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue and gym in the condominium but we hardly use it because Cabo Frio has a lot of good place to know around! I asked Luiza to provide mattresses for my children to sleep in the room and also beach towels, which was attended!!! Voltaria for sure!!!
